Everything Depends on Who Leads

Guide man’s thoughts towards something above your expectations, diverging from that slight contradiction which amplifies his incoherence of thoughts and actions.

Her name is Laura Quinn. I know she hates me, because she needs me and I hate her because she’s so arrogant when she’s supposed to be full of benevolence. She must have felt something extremely strong, since she’s unleashing her own fears. But at the same time I think she sniffed on a lively stimulus which quenches the bitterness she gathered for far too long, which quenches the thirst to satisfy her vanity.

An intense remorse seems to give her the strength to engage in a self-overcoming. A sparkle of rebellion. A strong pressure coming from outside her material comfort area, subordinated to a professional ethic. And in this maximum tension moment, when everything inside her depends on the result of the terrible explosion of reason and feeling, in this moment when the attempt to recover herself after so many failures becomes a highly viable option, an inversion in perspective occurs.

An atrocious craving to reach above herself, to overcome the limits she was constrained to live in seems to take over her. The realization of her will to function according to a norm conditioned by conscience and imprinted by the innate factor of inclinations towards pride, part of the factor of the educational influences from the school of life, corresponds to the ambitions of widening the perspectives of making a career, which buries it in a state of depression, abandonment, helplessness, because there is nothing good to cling to.

Is the reality that you find yourself in a sum of your perceptions and attitudes about what you have to do through various extensions that you can add to the quality of life?

In the famous book “Good To Great”, American writer Jim Collins outlined the “Hedgehog concept”:

"No, hedgehogs are not stupid. They have a penetrating perspicacity that allows them to see through complexity and discern the hidden patterns behind it. The hedgehogs see what is essential and ignore the rest…

Those who ran reference companies tended to be foxes, without ever obtaining the advantage of clarity given by the hedgehog concept, rather being scattered, diffused and inconsistent."

Laura Quinn is a smart and beautiful fox, but she cannot stand to show her cunning, being too disappointed with her path in life. The only extension she can add to her life to recover from the torment of the captivity resulting from her career is an exit from routine, the challenge of joining a risky initiative, the boldness of defying the world and fate.

She has but one task to accomplish for the big shareholders of the bank: a constructive plan to radically renew her attitude to suffering, to the meaning given to life.

The strongest and most violent feeling that can overwhelm man, often darkening his right judgment, is born from his slip into a state of dreaming that prevents him from experiencing his present.

A reaction takes place within her. There the activity of the reactant molecules occurs by absorbing light. Her ensemble drapes a difference nuance; the flame of awakening is lit. The voice becomes more alert. An uncertainty uncovers her intention. Because she’s clinging to more and more to this magic word, hungry for answers: "How?" which ensures a strange comfort, wrapping it in an incomprehensible silence.

But, oh, how didn’t that crazy thought cross my mind, how did I neglect this rising part of the deck that keeps together the apparently dispersed elements between us? The thought that we must share the faith to succeed, pulsates fiercely inside of me. And while I tremble of emotions because of this thought, she trembles of doubt. What’s hidden inside of me mirrors itself more and more in herself. I, Mr. Hobbs, have no remorse, and neither should Laura, because remorse is a precondition for letting us be enslaved by some “them” fancied up with the title of elites.

Do you improve your experience of inferring when someone gives you more attention than a passerby who does not know what to look for in their path through life?

With Laura’s help I managed to enter to room of diamonds. We managed together. But now she’s fear has taken over her. I feel remorse coming from her, a guarded feeling, a hesitation of conscience. I have to maintain the breath of this living being, to immediately fill in that something that I feel is missing, to change her way of being. She still does not understand my true intentions; it is important that her psychological and emotional side has not deteriorated as a result of the impact of exiting the life format she was used to.

I am turned on by her selfishness, cowardice and fear to continue the course we had imagined together. Her nature is controlled by the thirst to dominate this game of contraries, to sometimes defeat me by a defying behavior, other times by an exaggerated selfishness. I worthily hold out to her reproaches. She feels, of course, that my irrefutable and independent wish to complete the plan doesn’t start out of greed for money. There’s something else in the middle, way above diamonds.

I look at myself, I carefully listen to my heart, and something torments me terribly. I feel I have become the opposite of what father Gabriel Damours once told King Henry the 4th: "You manage to entrap people." Now I was the one entrapped in my own net – the net of my inability to control my accomplice’s feelings, that I must admit, were influencing me.

The product of the mind that you make known by accepting to take part in certain events is manifested by your attachment to the effect of life that you embrace as long as you care about its length.

A passerby who does not know how to look at the path of life is a man who cannot name self-discontent against the consistency with which he or she must be able to carry out a grand project. From a spiritual point of view, the form of this individuality is distinguished by the relatively constant way of actively responding to the challenges of the outer world, so by being determined as a difference between “what you want to be and what you really are”.

The product of her mind must be the ability to demonstrate her will, her motivation to overcome her fears and suffering, her ability to adapt to various dead-end situations when she has no immediate solution. Mr. Hobbs remains quite reserved for a parallel path to one of Laura’s fundamental sides: the defense instinct.

It’s extremely difficult to separate the cerebral signal that orders her self-entrapment, away from the basic sounds of the heart which condition openness to new ways to being aware and moving through the world - seeing herself through a different lens. Even a super-expert in persuasion would need to put an enormous work in order to divert that trace of contradiction which makes everything incoherent in her. And it would hardly succeed to direct her actions towards something above her requirements: thinking and the tint of loyalty left to the old lifestyle.

Anyway, I am sure that the man who could recognize her qualities, the only one in the world who could understand her, was me. This woman, even if you grinded her like a shard of glass, you would still admire her for the simple fact that she emanates a certain glow. But such a person whose features harden after the first blast, if you don’t manage to change them, they change you.

Leadership is what you want to change in yourself knowing that what others see in you is a direct reflection of your personality in the consciousness of a whole world.

More Inclination Towards Arguments of the Mind looks into the necessity of a new approach of man in accordance with a norm generally accepted by everyone around him. In turn, this approach requires involvement and participation, not blind submissal in the face of the requirements for change – which can temporary disrupt his comfort area.

Just as a system, in order to become cybernetic, must organize its elements in a command sub-system and in a performance system, just the same the transformation of man, which is absolutely necessary to approaching leadership at the top levels, must occur peacefully within himself. And it could occur only by eliminating the confusions that can interfere as demotivating factors in his operating system, becoming that tint of contradiction which amplifies his incoherence in thinking and action.

Know the man and refrain his impulses that initiate unwanted processes that can turn out to be destructive sometimes.
