The first thing which the Russian film director, Sergei Eisenstein, had asked the great composer Prokofiev with whom he collaborated in numerous movies, was the music for the sequence "The Oath of heroes" sequence that he wanted to be filmed on the base of music. Eisenstein had not concretized the way in which should be built the sequence. And for this time, the music performed by the great pianist did not please him.

Then Prokofiev got angry and declared loudly:

From the production of that little incident, the working method of the two artists functioned perfectly, without differences of opinion. Since then, the collaboration always followed eight precise successive moments. First, Eisenstein showed him the montage sequence. Then, the sequence was clocked, after exposing his desire for music. He expressed in a plastic way these challenges:

- Behold, here must sound like someone would snatch the child from the arms of a mother... (or)... to make to be heard as you hit a bottle shutter.

Prokofiev always showed himself excited of such plastic indications. And once the frames the composition, were fixed with precision, on Eisenstein's taste, he composed the music that was part of the previously calculated network measures.

We have to learn something from these two artists. Always, the work in a team must be carried out in a perfect harmony. Just as between the heartbeats and breathing there is a correspondence, so there must be a correspondence between your level of thinking and of other the people, with whom you work, even if at first glance might not be obvious. And the creation you bring to life together must culminate in credibility, in creating a leader profile, or in what you are able to bring out of a simple mistake.

In order to avoid the lack of glow that can diminish the pure aspect of your leadership, you must consider obtaining high performances. The more your performance will shine in the eyes of others, the more they will become more aware of your own value, and will report more easily to your interests, your expectations, to your skills, and your results.

All that create can be identified in the leadership that you practice. Everything must be thoroughly and accurately deliberated in relation to the ability of expression and suggestion of each element that defines your style of work and management, in order to avoid the lack of some imprecise coordination between your perceptions and of others.

Just as a skilful painter performs compositions by handling colors, so you have to "handle" people, so that the collaboration between you and them to take place in an optimal way; you need to transmit your own thoughts, ideas and certainties, so as you transmit your willingness to help them develop, by focusing your efforts to an optimal accomplishment of the determined results, and of course considering the time factor.

The concept of dynamic efficiency has as its first consideration the capacity of artists to reinvent themselves through the “mix & match” option, but also the common ability to produce from a simple error a topic of great interest.

At the same time, artists must critically perceive reality and extend it through the research and investigation side of the highest aspects of consciousness of a certain archetype of dedication, will and determination.

The Perfect Master Of Composition can be considered any leader who, based on his contributions to the smooth operation of his activities and of the other partners, manages to create a special feeling of stability at his workplace. Teamwork is a "composition" of efforts, analysis and achievements that a leader can shape at his own will. However, it must resonate with the reality of others, with the thoughts, feelings and their expectations; otherwise your contribution will be considered ineffective and will not be received properly.

Conclusion: If you want to be a perfect master of the "composition" called leadership, if you want to become that factor to which would refer all those around you, then you must make hard work, you have to be that example that should be followed by all, you need to get those professional performances to shine and to be followed by all.

Just as the tone makes the music, so in working with people you need to use the right tone, tact and tactics that would be understood and accepted by all.
