Improve your professional performance, by outlining in a very convincing way the style of interpreting your role.

A theater actor gets on the stage and plays his role. His biggest desire is to capture the attention of the audience. After almost 50 minutes, when he gave all he had the best in him, the actor expects the public’s reaction - which either applauds, or not. If the audience applauds enthusiastically means that the role he played was exceptional, if they are not supporting him, perhaps the actor did not resonate with them, hence, he did not offer them a very good show.

Even so, no matter how he played the role, the actor receives an immediate and direct reaction from the audience. Therefore, he knows exactly what effect had the interpretation, and will know what he has to change, what he must improve in his profession, so that the next time to play his role flawlessly.

Just as a seeker of pearls takes a deep breath before plunging into the water and exhales it all when he comes to the surface - and so you have to incubate in your leadership your consistent and deepened concern for each of the decisive stages of the interpretation of your own role, taking into account of your deepest and most valuable quality. That is, in simple words, to bring out to the surface all the best in you.

Do you evaluate your performance by sending "synchronization signals" in the adjustment circuit of other people's expectations?

The thing that differentiates a valuable actor of an average actor is the fact that the first one tries to improve his performance by outlining in a very convincing way the style of interpreting his roles - always taking into account of the public reaction. For, in the end, the public is the one who decides the quality of his performance.

If the actor fails to capture the public’s attention, if he does not stir in them that inner thirst to watch him until the end, then he should seriously reconsider his interpretive style.

The expressions of the results obtain not only through effort, but also through a continuous update process of abilities, and moreover through an analysis of the extent to which you accept others, plays the role of connection forces that act upon your validity. These expressions stand in close connection with the way you manage your interior and schedule yourself for success when you're crossed by the awareness shivers of the dependency you assume in relation to the reaction of your evaluators.

The synchronization signals represent manifestations of your performance, which carries the information that identifies you as a valuable person, and based on their amplitude you will get appreciations and follow.

Can you keep your availability in a transition phase from a role of great meaning to a privileged means of openness to the vast field of appreciating the value that comes from itself?

The best results you can get, as an element of your power of persuasion, can be determined by abandoning your position of dependency to public impressions, that is, when your role on stage is not in contrast with reality.

The appreciation you lend to yourself is based on the degree of position to what motivates you on the inside, at a level of imagination and emotion, when you enter into dialogue with the public, which sometimes makes up the feeling of insufficiency of the abilities of interpreting the role in an experience of learning acceptance and self-esteem.

Validity is what you get as self-worth after playing your role, measuring your resonance with those around you beyond "applause".

And self-worth, related to the focusing of consciousness on the act that is done at a certain moment, that belief in one’s own forces determined by the fulfillment of personal and professional achievements. It manifests itself as a causal relationship between attitude and emotions, meaning that what is provocative, easy or even relaxing for you, can become threatening or impossible to accomplish for others.

Only the results you get outside the stage are deciding your value. So do not expect to flatten out the world at once. It will be necessary to periodically test your skills and competencies, and depending on the reaction of those around you that assess you, you could establish at which level you are situating yourself.

It is difficult to believe that someone can get remarkable results if they are not doing their best in this sense, and if they do not periodically test their skills. Therefore, I believe that alike an actor you have to get the reaction of more people before advancing to the rank of a professional.

P.S. Do not forget that the professional training degree is based not only on theoretical knowledge, but also on practical exercise.

Walking the path towards the potential of leadership means to show the world that you are able to have a big role both at the moment of the maximum attention offered to you and at the moment when you feel unsatisfied by your performance.

Test your skills whenever you face new challenges in an attempt to continuously improve yourself beyond what you think you already know. For this reason, I want to state that true evolution comes from self-knowledge, in a way where experiences and failures become valuable lessons, due to a constant learning process, from which you draw your strength to move forward.
