Resonance
True creative affinity is born when admiration transforms into reflection, and reflection into authenticity.
Since I ever first stepped in the master's workshop I have tried to be closer to him, to his philosophy, of his skillfully made works, hoping to find the most precious secrets of his art. He was the most spiritual man, the most educated as possible that I was ever given to know him.
For many years I stood near the master, during which, I put a lot of heart in what I did, and listening to his valuable guidance without which it would have been difficult to understand the art, I learned basic skills in technical drawing and painting, and I learned the most important values that have guided my life.
The really important thing is that, over time I adapted to the mentality of the master - I did not expect this. I realized later that I had many things in common with him in thought and feeling, talent, the passion and creativity, even if I was pushed by the great ambition to realize more beautiful paintings than him. We got to synchronize in thinking, in ideas, to harmonize even our views on what we intend to do - the topics we choose and to the color palette that we would apply, even in movements and in absolutely beautiful improvisation we had come to synchronize each other.
What can say ! I took almost everything from him –everything that lacked at me: the talent and the technique of work – I have not lacked for art attraction, but without those two ingredients I would not ever get to performance. I have got somehow emulated the style of his painting - still keeping an appreciable dose of originality. But somehow, what he did, I made instantly by myself - mixing colors in the same way, I sketched the drawing simultaneously with the same starting point on the canvas, while passing to the pencil drawing in the oil and finishing painting about the same time.

Synergy arises when you connect with the right people.
Once you gain the trust of the people with whom you work also increases your enjoyment of being in charge and also your chances of success in achieving your intended purpose. Once they will take from you the guiding light, giving enormous power - qualities, concepts, beliefs, habits, respectively seeing your inner voice - will be motivated to work better, especially in your presence. They will have the feeling that they are free to express any feelings openly, free to express their talents, free to honestly and openly express their perceptions regarding certain things, free to express their pros and cons - being listened and encouraged. In this way they will always remain focused on main things, to those that really matter to you and for them.
The action of more people oriented in the same direction is called synergy. If you manage to connect with people personally, they will begin to synchronize with you in desires and aspirations; they will borrow from you and your attitude, your psychology, and will embrace your manner of working. They will get to be complementary with you - like those reflectors that synchronize so that when some left, others turn.
Do you fulfill your responsibility to be accessible and authentic, trusting your own message and valuing every learning experience as part of a unified whole?
A law of physics says: "For two bodies that are in the same state of motion perception of one over another is influenced by time." Great progresses of people occur especially in the leader's presence, in time, and only if they will be in full compliance with their goals and aspirations, only if they will share the sense of unity - taking a part of his personality. Perception of the leader as an effective individual, intelligent, with great practical qualities, with special spiritual virtues, facilitates the process of communicating with people, establishing that harmony so necessary in a team.
Only if you are like the people around you in as many aspects, only if you're always on the same wavelength with them you will enjoy the relationship you have with them. Therefore, as a leader, your job is to do everything possible to lend them some of your spirit and energy of your will, so that they will never be in disagreement with you or with your "work". Remember that to be successful in leadership you need to have in common with people the same way of seeing things and the same scale of values, what it is valuable and important for you and for them.
Leadership means rising to a higher level through the awareness that you are part of a whole and transcending the limits imposed by belonging to it.
Resonance is that quality of the leader resulting in the report with others. It means to be able to transmit your "vibrations" to your entire team, so that there is a synergy of actions and an effective collaboration. This resonance is the result of the leader's ability to intuit a special kind of working relationships within the team, of effective collaboration, etc. And this cunning of a leader is like a mirror reflecting his relationships with others.
