- It should crumble away, because only then will collapse faster that wicked regime ! openly uttered a Serbian representative at Geneva, regarding the prisoners from Russia for which the great explorer and diplomat Fridtjof Nansen carried out all the steps to release them. It was clear that the European diplomats hated the Russian system.

However, Nansen, in whose veins flew the blood of a winner and hero, was nobody’s fool, and threw again his lance. He transmitted a message intended to go directly to the heart of these people who followed the policy of the "backstairs":

- Can we allow winter to stifle forever the voices of those millions who cry out for our help? There's time, but we do not have much time to lose !... In the name of humanity, in the name of all that is pure and holy, I appeal to you, who yourselves have wives and children at home - think what it means to see women and children die of starvation. From this place I appeal to the governments, to the people of Europe, to the whole world, for help ! Hurry up, before it's too late for repentance !

Even if he was constantly accused by a good part of the global press of being a Bolshevik, a spy sold to Russians, Nansen finally received the long desired help.

During 1920 and 1921, Nansen has brought back to their homes a half million of prisoners, and snatched from the clutches of hunger several millions of people from Russia; in 1922 has led the exchange of a million Greco-Turkish refugees; in 1923 has provided the transport for the Bulgarian deportees in Thracia, and then the return of the three hundred thousand scattered Armenians. *

His faith was not limited by the negative influence on the perception of the risk involved in personal involvement in an unfavorable war environment. He did not allow humanity to be a place of chaos, but showed openness and a positive attitude towards the mission, towards change, towards his own conscience and towards renewal, towards the possibility of cooperating with the political movement.

True faith is the voice of moral clarity in a time of war.

For an image to become memorable, it must be seen and felt directly, without the unnecessary intermediation of a conditioning process !

And the option that people express concerning football, somewhat resembles with the choice that Nansen selected as being the most important in those days. In the consequence, he was criticized, bombarded with accusations, offended and ridiculed.

However, Nansen always proved he has a special character, coupled with a sense of ethics, values and desire to make better the life of those in need. The accusations that have always been brought to him have not affected his ruthless character. He continued the fight. Firstly, the fight with himself, oscillating around a certain point, depending on many influences to which he was submitted - the point where regrets gathered and joys no longer existed... to a point where his good soul, disappointed, sad, lonely, defeated in the fight with the reason of others.

What is the effect of the leadership produced by you? Has it a long duration? Are you different of those incapable leaders who are content with the "honor" to deal with this hierarchy, and whose leadership only produces a "placebo" effect? Show others who you truly are. Put your soul to the test, until the righteous cause that you sustain and for which you struggle, will win.

The contextual influence on the perception of the message that is transmitted to the whole world can diagnose the nature of a leader: he never gives up the chance to fight and be strong, he never gives up the chance to show greatness.

And, one more thing to know: The chance of being selected as a leader is equal for everyone.

Conclusion: All the people have different convictions and beliefs, and as they are less firm, as more they are manipulating, by tilting and adhering more quickly and easily by the side of one or another, so-called leader.

A true leader, with progressive ideas, endowed with a positivism in thinking, and which aims achievement of the objectives based on the respect of human dignity, will be able to direct people easier in his favor and his ideas, by making to tip the balance by his side, against those who humiliate human ideals, who are not good at anything else than to hinder, by sabotaging and slowing the normal evolution to progress and prosperity.
