Yesterday, I found this short story on the Internet:
"Once, there was a man who lost his axe; suspicions were heading to a neighbor. He followed the neighbor – obviously, he was the author. His look, the way he talked, his behavior… everything in him betrayed his guilt !
Soon after, the man found his axe in the garden. The next day, he saw his neighbor again; this time, his behavior didn’t suggest that he could have done anything like that.”
Can you maximize the manifestation of a sensitivity to the perception of your conscious mind, simultaneously with the ability to turn your vision into an alternative reality?
Wisdom teaches us to put evil before good. When we lose our patience and sense of perspective, why do we blame someone we do not know very well, based on the assumption that he is “bad and negative”? Is it proof of wisdom and maturity of thought? Or is it proof of inefficiency/shallowness of thought?
To compete successfully to the test of inter-human relationships and gaining people’s trust, you must first optimize your way of thinking and differentiate your emotions and feelings, which push you to go too far with your assumptions and suspicions. There is an element of truth in any mind, no matter how just or unjust it may be. However, you will not be able to achieve a remarkable progress in your personal or professional life if you use an approach (away from the objective reality) when it is not appropriate.
Do you differentiate yourself from other people by a model like: initial-situation / transformation-final-situation, by acquiring a vision that contains the image of another side of your personality?
Just as any investment must maintain a certain margin of error, so your sense of analysis and understanding of issues must maintain its balance (not to be between hay and grass, meaning not too just or too unjust). Moreover, concerning people, it must be “repairable”, meaning you can intervene in it before complications occur or before it is too late.
Our neighbor was not the author, but he could have been our friend. Such an observation is important because it means that you have focused your thinking in the right direction, it means that your attitude did not pull you down like a millstone. It means that you have not betrayed yourself or your sanity. When you judge someone wrong, you actually externalize your mediocrity and your shortcomings.
In order for your leadership to go well, give yourself something unique and invaluable: vision and visibility. You must see the beauty of the whole picture. Each analysis, each perspective that you adopt adds some additional details to the whole picture, thus building a complex and nuanced picture.
The ability to see things as a whole, without taking into account the current reality, is like trying to sell the solution to a certain problem, but without having enough evidence to convince your colleagues that there is a problem to overcome. The need to sell your idea for solving the problem begins here and now, with you. Or, more openly, the first problem that you have to overcome is yourself.
Acquiring a vision that contains the image of another side of your personality means seeing a situation from the point of view of what is not reprehensible in itself, maximizing your potential to observe and gain another perspective to see that things are not always as they appear.
See You Soon, Myself represents the regress that you register whenever you lose contact with reality, with your true self and with those around you – then, you are not really yourself, but rather that little part of your reasoning, used with little skill, which needs change.
What does your ability to solve a problem depend on? Do you have several back-up options to ensure the quality of your results? What do you think are the characteristics that people identify in you when you need to solve a problem? Are you able to concentrate on your own person before connecting to others? Do integrity and personal beliefs make your leadership seem believable?
Conclusion: In any circumstance, a leader must be himself, he cannot copy others and apply the methods of others, because circumstances are not identical. In inter-human relationships, in critical situations, there is not enough to find and nominate one guilty person or more, but based on the presumption of innocence, you must judiciously and objectively analyze the situation, the causes, find the weak spots of your leadership, and maybe even of your own person.
