Create a self marked by power, a self that will develop and mature over time, without considering yourself more than a simple human.

I really liked the book The Egyptologist, written by Arthur Philips. Why did I like it? Because it is a great history lesson, full of lessons, which is still preserved today in the great field of leadership. The illustrations discussed in this book are not of impressive fidelity by the critical standards of Western art, nor are they who knows what typical of Egyptian art. And yet, how revolting they are !

Analysis: Despite my carefree childhood, the people I most admire in this world are self-made people, a description that seems to fit the king as well. By self-education I don't mean poor people who became rich. I understand, rather, those people who collected the fragments that were made available to them when they were abandoned or oppressed children. And then, through the bubbling, creative force of their own minds, they fashioned a powerful self.

These people create identities that bear absolutely no trace of their dark heritage, no trace of thoughtless parents or dusty childhood towns or wrongs committed against them, no trace of deprivation (of money, affection, food, friendship), absolutely no trace of the source material, but instead an aesthetic and practical creation, divine in its simplicity and perfection. Simplicity: everything comes from this single brain, no parental influence, no local tradition, nothing that does not come from the self-creating mind itself.

Do you manifest your inner strength in the course of a self-transformation that limits the contact between what you were and what you have become, under the imprint of an evolution in which you establish your own competences?

Perfection: everything must be created, every attitude, every particularity, every belief and value and distinguished gesture. Nothing inherited can be tolerated from an intolerable past. And yet, paradoxical as our world is, these people are often not respected, while people like me - born with love, with guidance, with all kinds of advantages - are. I admire probably the most of his stanzas, Quatrain 24 (Fragments B & C):

Atum-hadu looks back at them from on high and is amazed.
Atum-hadu looks with great delight at all that he has overcome.
Atum-hadu owes nothing to anyone,
And he will act like no one else has.

You can easily imagine the young man composing these lines not long after learning that he had become the king of Egypt. But how can you imagine him, other than leading a well-equipped army, with solid war chariots, numbering between 20,000-30,000 soldiers who obey only his orders? Can you imagine him mature and brave enough, but too inexperienced in life?

Do you give up being satisfied with the superficial aspects of life and try to bring out the light within you, beyond the superiority with which you feed your pride of being an independent spirit?

To shape a reality that does not necessarily favor you, so without being under the empire of a native talent, pay attention to what amazes you around and try to form a clear perspective on the image you build of yourself in a context that allows you to express yourself freely. Clear perspective, an eminently visual, perceptible concept, helps you see things objectively and better understand the context in which you act.

Just as a painter focuses on detail and composition to create a coherent picture, so you must form a clear perspective on your vision and values so that you can direct your thinking and actions toward appropriate decisions that reflect not only what you are now, but also what you aspire to become in the future. Try to bring clarity and direction to the process of shaping reality, try to see beyond the superficial aspects of life, and try to bring out the light from within.

Knowing that every stage of development, from childhood to adulthood, involves a self-transformation in which the bubbling power of one's own mind plays a crucial role, beware of feeding your mind with ideas like "I am somebody because I was born someone", under the guise of unfocused vision.

Be true to yourself and then you can no longer be false to that "someone" you think you are. Stay as far away from the pride of trying to control your life and vulnerability, all by yourself, and especially stay away from the rebellion of thinking that you are above the rest of the world.

Leadership can become a center of strength only if you are able to rise by your own strength to the standard of "God", taking into account the fact that sometimes you have to give up pride to fight against your vain impotence.

Self-Training In Leadership - From Creation to Practice involves changing one's own person and is the result of a unique life experience, without the influence of parents, which shows that everything comes from you, from your inner strength and potential. The way you relate to the reality of the absence of parents helps you to be responsible for the simplicity and uniqueness of your thinking, and even if you develop under parental influence, in the end you will realize that everything comes from yourself, from your inner strength and potential.

Creation is what comes from within, from an unfathomable and inexpressible depth, and not from without, not from the need to overcome the disadvantages of life's hard lessons. While practice is what leads to the development of logical, analytical thinking and creativity, it is what brings results. Or, as someone once said, "Practice isn't what you do once you're good. It's what you do when you're great."
