Everything Depends on Who Leads

Symbolum Absolutum

The wider you open your mind, the more science reveals unseen paths to meanings that only the soul can penetrate.

I leaf through a travel journal I found in an antique shop. On the last page, slightly yellowed by time and torn in places, the author wrote in now faded ink: “I searched for him in places of prayer, but I found him only in formulas, in equations, in the sleepless nights of researchers.”It was not signed with a name, but with an unknown symbol—a cross intersected by a spiral.

And, rereading the sentence several times, looking beyond the literalness of the sacred texts, something in me told me that true divinity lies in the tireless search for knowledge, not in physical suffering. After all, the real sacrifice is of the spirit that relentlessly seeks answers beyond appearances, beyond the limits imposed by dogma.

Nothing is what it seems, but what it becomes when you look with the eyes of understanding. Even now, looking critically at the religious texts that have shaped my understanding of the sacred, I wonder if I have overlooked the real meaning, the one hidden behind the veil of symbolism. Perhaps the true meaning of Christ is not to be found in his physical death, but in what he represents on a symbolic level - the sacrifice of time and effort for knowledge. A "Mysteriax Kosmix Veritatum" - that point of convergence where the divine and the human meet in the ultimate search for truth.

Do you direct your soul towards those revelatory experiences that seem to be the outline of a lost expressiveness, but recognized through an act of receiving a primordial image?

Here is how, thanks to an almost erased annotation written with a trembling hand, the image of Christ appeared in my mind in a completely different way, not crucified on the cross, but bent over the manuscripts, like a Leonardo da Vinci of his time, sacrificing for humanity the time that others dedicate to ephemeral pleasures. And with the light of eternal wisdom, I realize that while ordinary people were having fun, the son of God was wasting entire nights in search of the Holy Grail - not a physical chalice, but the source of supreme knowledge.

At the same time, I doubt that if Jesus were truly the literal son of God, the Creator would ever have allowed his only son to be mocked and tortured by his creation. Let's be serious. No one sacrifices their beloved son for some scoundrel, least of all God. Logic tells me that the real Jesus was better protected than anyone else, kept away from evil, from temptation, from all things lacking divine grace.

It is a revealing parable, not a historical event in the strict sense. This intuition makes me look for a deeper meaning: the death of Jesus is conceived as a creative act, in the sense that it makes possible the eternal durability of the human thing, and not any transient manifestation, but an absolute thing, a perfection, a unique masterpiece.

How can the relationship between closed space and openness illustrate the transition from ignorance to liberation through knowledge?

More than that. If I reflect carefully on the words of the Bible : "Whoever wants to enter the Kingdom of Heaven, let him leave everything and follow me", I realize that I have overlooked their authentic meaning. It is not a call to religious asceticism, but to total devotion to science.

"The Kingdom of Heaven" is the metaphor of Great Science, with its sacred triangle: Creation, Discovery, Invention. And the exhortation to "leave everything" refers to the sacrifice of any entertainment, any pleasure, for total dedication to the field of science. Whoever does not dedicate himself totally to the mission of exploring and revealing the mysteries of creation, does not penetrate the unfathomable depths of God.

I am reminded of the Count of Monte Cristo, who spent 20 years in prison, where, in solitude, he learned the secrets of science and perfected himself. Similarly, Jesus' "death" is analogous to this time of isolation and intense study, and his "resurrection" symbolizes the liberation from the prison of self-discipline, after he achieved scientific enlightenment. This prototype of the seeker of the Holy Grail did not give his life physically, but converted his being into subtle energy given to science, like an alchemist transmuting the lead of raw matter into the gold of knowledge.

How can the idea that the pure form of knowledge transcends the limitations of the material world be expressed visually?

So, I believe that Jesus rose not from a physical death, but from a death of ignorance – he freed himself from the prison of the common (ignorant) man, and opened a path to progress. Just as the Count of Monte Cristo lived two decades in prison to emerge with an unparalleled treasure, both material and spiritual, so Christ, on a symbolic level, withdrew from the tumult to find the key to all creation. This treasure – which I call “NOETARIUM” – is an abstract concept, a sacred place of the mind where knowledge becomes pure form, undistorted by the world.

Through this death, in fact, the eternity of the creator is ensured. Here too, the limit of the fragile human condition is overcome, human existence finding itself fructified at a higher cosmic level, the level of worthiness. Transcendence, liberation from the ephemeral cycle of matter, also takes place through a death that sacrifices the physical being precisely so that the human spirit (embodied in the masterpiece of inner perfection) can gain eternal durability. Thus, a myth that has become commonplace over a very wide geographical area has acquired a sense of particular beauty in the mystical vision of the initiate. The essence of Christ is not pain, but wisdom sublimated in the silent sacrifice for access to knowledge.

Self-discipline is a creative act in which form becomes expressive only when supported by a unifying vision of the self with everything that participates in the act of perfection.

The Symbolon Absolutum designates the supreme unity of revealed knowledge. It is an almost cabalistic vision, linked to the divine essence, symbolizing the totality of knowledge. Christ, in his symbolic form, goes through all the stages of spiritual enlightenment, guided only by courage and the divine signs that he has learned to interpret.

Do not forget that God, in all His fullness, does not send a loved one into a meaningless fire. It would be as if a painter were to burn the canvas before painting. No, Christ is well protected in his search, and it is the secret knowledge that comes to his aid at every step. And the true cross is not a wooden one, but one of will. To endure to the end, in the face of temptations, temptations, and deprivations of every kind – this is the true Golgotha. That is why we are told: “He who endures to the end, the same will be saved.”

Yes. The true Jesus Christ is an initiate, an Archimedes of the soul, and his cry of “Eureka” is nothing more than “He has risen from the dead,” translated into scientific-spiritual language, meaning he successfully passed the test of patience, alchemical fire, and inner transformation, reaching the fullness of knowledge.

Does anyone still doubt? The resurrection is the revelation – the moment when the colossal work becomes light, and the sacrifice is understood. He deserved the unexpectedly divine reward. Freed from the torment of creation, he will continue a life that pulsates with the intensity of a grand destiny.

Science defeated ignorance, because one man defeated the limits of human nature.
