The Actors Are Too Artificial
Ensure your ascension towards the highest peaks of the pride of being superior, gaining autonomy over your own "show."
While in Paris, Russian director Eisenstein discusses the possibility of obtaining an order for making a film. He had arrived in the French capital at the invitation of one of the most important film production studios. But he cannot come to an agreement with the produces. He faces – and this time not as a joke as in the parody of La Sarraz – commercial cinema.
It is proposed to him that he make a "popular" film, with the condition of using a young actress in an attractive role. Eisenstein remains stunned, unable to answer with any logical argument, but rather with: "But I do not use actors… Actors are too artificial ! "
Accustomed to openly declare his concepts, he furiously receives the opposition of the produces: "How can it be imagined that I will give up on my concepts? He shouts in outrage. Is my success in France not based entirely on illustrating these concepts?"
Do you yourself agree with what you can or cannot achieve in terms of the orientation background of the “I know I’m right” attitude provided by the profile of your image in the world?
Leadership shows episodes of ascension towards the highest peaks of the pride of being superior. In this case, the individual represents in the interest of his own achievements certain values from which he cannot deviate. And in order for leadership to be used in any situation, especially in the framework of changes of direction, it is imposed that two conditions are cumulatively respected, under the criterion: "I alone allow myself to what I can and cannot achieve ! "
The first condition in leadership is to not give up on the game of possession, somehow maintained by a conscience that sees and experiences absolute ideas – in interaction with creating a favorable perception towards yourself. The possession of a form of knowledge and thinking, acquired by stimulating the peculiar interest for interpreting facts, phenomena, and ideas, creating for yourself a unique role "over and over" in relation to others, without changing the repertoire of your assumptions and arguments.
The second condition is to ensure that the audience has the right to ascend in the name of an entity of the type "source of events", without engaging in a fight of opposition. In a certain way, you must be a mirror of the state of existing exactly in the center of the act of existing, according to the dynamic relationship between the process of creation and the power of fulfilling the purpose of creation.
The profile of a director’s world image is illustrated by the “final decision” option for the formation of conceptions and the impulse of conceptual activities aimed at developing the scientific sphere.
In leadership, the “final decision” is the sign of an authority in innovation, equivalent to the fruit of a profound and rigorous knowledge experience that brings to the forefront the proof of freedom in thought, an original and bold style, a distinct personality, nonconformism and rich imagination.
The remark "Actors Are Too Artificial" denotes a sharp departure from the norms of an accentuated strictness regarding the acceptance and reception of forms of rendering reality through art. The messenger of an evolved vision is first of all a juggler of logical and well-founded arguments with which, with wisdom, he knows how to win autonomy over his own creative work. But especially over his own "Show."
