Express your authority against the art that you master, by marking your difference of style through a continuation of your own creation.

Henri Matisse, one of the three artists who had contributed to the development of fine arts in the first decades of the 20th century, wrote at one time to the great Romanian painter Theodor Pallady: "In a painting, the color is male."

At which the Romanian painter answered him, "Conversely, the color is a feminine element of the painting; it needs the support of the drawing, while this could be by itself ! "

For Matisse, the color intensity meant a predominant element and a goal. However, Pallady, on the contrary, has not ever allowed the color to reach the target of exaltation. More than this, the color, although it played an important role in his creation, has always remained a secondary element for him. While Matisse's style was based mainly on the brutal strength of color contrasts, the Pallady’s style was known by the calm of his compositional harmonies. *

Does the style that defines the authenticity of your creation match the value you attach to content that is not capable of meaning through its very nature?

A skillful leader always marks his style through the way in which he expresses his solidarity and attachment to his own "creation", to his own performance without reclining to a style that is not convenient to him, which does not define the values and principles by which he guides his life. He uses his abilities in order to get closer as much as possible to the model of leadership that he represents, maintaining that smooth and uninterrupted continuity that allows him to become a master of the means, of the possibilities offered by his art, by exceeding his individual performances.

Art, for a leader, is a general rehearsal of his own understanding, of what represents his reality, how it evolves, by trying to mold after his own evaluation criteria, after his own pace of evolution, after his own ideas, his own laws determined by his degree of education and training, according to his own intellectual capabilities, after his own interests and character traits.

Leadership is a subtle art to those who truly understand its core. The best leaders do not create an art without a deep sense, without a clear doctrine. Just like the great artists, leaders notify the shape in which magnificently shines an idea, in which outlines a vision, always identifying and reviewing its essence until they get that clear, much-desired image of their success.

Is the dominant element of your creation in accordance with the role you assume – that of an artist who rises to the challenge of assuming a vision superimposed on the reality of others?

Just as a film director has the responsibility to think first of all that should not appear in his films, so you, as the art that you create to have a sense and become a reality, an useful and attractive reality, you have the responsibility to think first of all that should not appear in it framework. You should carefully consider the net and easily detectable influence that your art is having upon others, redirecting your attention, thoughts and interests to their needs, by ensuring a leadership of a good quality oriented in the same direction with them.

An art with content without essence or without form is like an unplugged phone, means a breaking with your own value and even with reality. If you want to shine in the eyes of others, if you want that your art to be useful to others and to be appreciated by them, you have to develop those qualities which distinguish you from others, and that would strengthen your solid and reliable image of your leadership.

A vision that is superimposed on the reality of other people has as its first constituent the point of view of the form and content that you transmit, so that you are not “a dark spot over a lighter one.”

The Anatomy Of An Art designates that intrinsic and profound structure of your leadership by which you express your feelings, views, style and personality. If a good part of your leadership style is common to the concept about leadership of others, means that the art you have created and practiced, has achieved its purpose, it means that is authentic and gets to most of the people.

Conclusion: It is said that style makes man. And this thing differentiates some people from other ones. The style of a leader it is recognized from his way of being, from the way he builds his own system of values, his image, by the way he exercises his authority, by the manner he uses his own energies, in which direction he turns them. So that appears the reciprocal: man makes style.

In order to arouse the interest of others, adopt a style without borrowing elements, without discontinuities, and freely accepted by yourself, proving that you are an authority in this area.

Express your authority against the art that you master, by marking your difference of style through a continuation of your own creation.
