In 1955, a black woman was arrested because she did not want to stand in from the place "reserved for whites" in a bus in Montgomey. This incident was the final straw. That was the moment when Martin Luther King Jr. decided to get involved at any price in the fight for gaining freedom and human rights for black people and for combating racial discrimination. Following the example of his hero, Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King Jr. started the battle.
Finally, after having reached his goal, he told people that supported him, shortly after he was assassinated: "I had been to the mountain top, and saw the Promised Land."
Finally, the aspirations of those he devoted his best years were accomplished.

Intelligent, and very thirsty for freedom, having, of course, a perspective view concerning the problems black people were facing, Martin Luther King Jr. met the hopes of people. Furthermore, despite the many problems he faced, he managed to imprint them a firm attitude in front of all injustices they suffered.
He came up with great energy, and a tremendous boom in front of people, and has projected a different future for them. His constant efforts, which reflected a deep and warm love for people, for their freedom and dignity, had a wide echo among black people that answered to his call to fight for the acquisition of equal rights with other people.
Martin Luther King Jr. was not just a simple man who tried to bring his contribution to the change that the entire black population expected. No, he did not only put his stamp on the changes, but he designed the functionality and the facets of changes, and for that he was loved and respected.
Reaching a high level of knowledge, understanding life profoundly, dominated by a pronounced divine spirit, he assumed the role of architect and host of change. He raised the question of racism on a higher level than his predecessors had done, though seized by the sadness concerning the sad perspectives that awaited him in that troubled period for him and his people.

Martin Luther King Jr.’s position on the decisive decision to defend the rights of black people was at first expressed as a juror, the transformed into a hard-to-replace man. He has reset his ability to deliver a new perspective of approaching events into a present of expectations deceived by a sort of divine hocus-pocus that transformed him into a superhero endowed with saving powers.
It is not possible to reach the top of the hierarchical ladder if you don't dare to do something about it, if you let things as they are instead of changing them, or if you don't get enough involved in solving the problems that others are facing. Everywhere, you meet people who need help to cope with problems. If you want to reach a higher level of performance, then get out from the personal comfort zone, and do your best to open the door to a better life.
Many people throw their eyes up, asking God's help, but they remain unmoved, without doing anything, until someone has the courage to get involved in their lives mobilizing them in a certain direction. Dreams and aspirations for the better do not always help people to mobilize, but a dynamic leader, decided and persuasive will achieve this. If you want people to follow you, then set as your aim to constantly support them. The success of people always depends on their leader, so do not disappoint them.
The leader is an architect who deals only with "great works" providing their exact solution for building them as soon as possible after an original self-image and well put together.
Leadership is a surpassing of the limits imposed by a boundless belief, whose first hypostasis is the violation of regulations that invalidates a majority vote and allows it to repeat itself in a favorable round.
The architect of destinies is the one who gets involved in helping people (understanding and externalizing correctly their wishes) and leads them, following certain steps, towards a different future, better than the one which foreshadows in the present, looking for the most reward of his inner satisfaction.
However, you need to have courage and spirit of initiative to fight for the good of the ones who have chosen you for these precise qualities. Moreover, you must instill, in your turn, courage and perseverance among those around you, and that's because you chose to be "the architect of destinies".
