The weather and the terrain were advantages for this ordinary individual, important resources that he knew how to use well, certainly having other accomplices, of the same subspecies. So, this is how you could get into a mire where there are interests, underneath, compromises, an environment in which a beetle cannot get stuck at all, precisely because its limbs are equipped with perils that help it move on swampy surfaces, wet, and at the same time slippery.

This obscure individual was received as a guest of honor in the fertile framework of a vast vegetable kingdom, without crawling at all on compacted earth, without encountering any pesticide to kill him. It would be said that the earth vibrated in the climate conducive to its development. He himself, a kind of sovereign of the microbial biodiversity, integrated himself wonderfully into an environment that provided him with sufficient food, water and shelter, without having any special merit for this blessed heavenly manna. In a well-kept garden there is room for seemingly harmless insects, right?

Who notices the existence of a small universe, hidden under the leaf of an autumn seedling? This precocious life form, native to the earth sign, symbolizing adaptability, stepped into academia with the same caution as a newcomer explores an unknown garden. Like a "surprise visitor," he brought with him his own breeding aspirations, wanting to thrive in this new habitat until he reached the stage of "King of Cultivated Insects."

Do you adopt an "outside-in" perspective that emphasizes personal responsibility and ethical freedom, being open to all that represents "image transformed by reflection into model"?

At one of the seminars, the new teacher, dressed in a four-pin suit, unfolds his life story, speaking briefly about his humble beginnings. As if leaving mysterious seeds in the soil of a fertile garden, he began to share his knowledge and experiences that, at first, seemed to be unique and interesting. Arriving on this agricultural land, ready to work, he flirted with several disciplines, but none of them were to his liking, so he took a specialized course where he obtained a diploma that allowed him to specialize in another field which was not listed on the "available" list of fertile land.

Here, the question is asked full of the shine of the clean face: first you become a teacher, and then you specialize in a field to practice? How come this? I mean, they put a bunch of different subjects in front of you, and you choose to teach any of them, without knowing any of them?

Well, this well-received and welcome visitor to the land of diversified agriculture, Leptinotarsa Decemlineata, an insect species that is frequently found in "culture" environments in Romania, has discreetly stepped into the university garden, a fact that illustrates an initial adaptation process. But it also highlights the difficulties he encountered in fulfilling his role effectively. However, you want to live instinctively in a favorable atmosphere in vain, if you do not value your ability to hide the "dirt" with which you are covered, the mud in which you wallow every day.

So, in the academic context, it is essential not only to manage the place where the beetle "hides" its mess, but also the way in which it is managed, because where it leaves its eggs, in a kind of silk cradle, stuck to the underside of a loose leaf, there the larvae will develop, which must also go through a process of development and growth to reach the adult stage. Of course, this intruder must disguise himself as a ladybug, something colorful and pleasing to the eye, with positive symbolic connotations, so as to gain positive recognition. It then typically opens its elytra, spreads its hind wings, and flies to freedom.

More jokingly, more seriously, let's see what charges can be brought against the individual who first became a teacher, and only later took courses that would allow him to practice in a field he knew nothing about.

Usurpation of office: The individual occupied a position for which he was not qualified, taking advantage of his relations and other accomplices. This may be considered a form of fraud, which may have legal consequences.

Imposture: The individual obtained a teaching position without meeting the necessary conditions, namely the knowledge and skills necessary to teach an academic discipline. Most likely, the individual lied on their resume, where they stated that they have knowledge in a certain field.

Fraud: The individual has misled students and the institution of higher education by posing as a qualified teacher.

Favoritism: If an individual received special favors in the hiring process, or was favored over other candidates, they may be accused of favoritism.

Professional incompetence: Considering that he did not have solid knowledge in the respective field, it is understood that he was not prepared to perform his duties as a teacher, a fact that would have led to the teaching of erroneous or outdated information, or to the creation of an atmosphere of disinterest in among the students. And the fact that he divulged the secret of his arrival can be considered as evidence of neglect or negligence. Big mistake !

Negligence in the selection process: If the educational institution did not carry out a proper assessment of the individual's qualifications before hiring or promoting him, it can be accused of negligence in the selection process. It is known that Romanian universities are number 1 in the world in terms of "muddy" individuals who become professors overnight.

The beetle remains a beetle regardless of the environment in which it manifests itself, regardless of the visual setting in which it is found, just as a corrupt man does not change his nature wherever he is.

This kind of "living woman" has no inclination towards creation, discovery, invention, but only towards tricks, tricks, betrayals, intrigues, flattering words, unscrupulous manipulations, secret plans. Absolutely nothing spiritual, nothing close to the divine resides in his soul, in his mind, in his consciousness. It all boils down to profitable aspirations.
