Find the motivation that can get you to be what you really are, for the evolution of your spiritual background to not be stopped or temporarily halted.

They live with great prudence, making a little fire every day, as very distressed people. Jean Valjean didn’t replace any of the furniture he found there at first: he only had a full door made in place of the windowed door for Cosette’s little room. No one could guess that, in fact, he was the same wealthy Monsieur Madeleine, who concealed his identity. And returned to that lower part of man that he actually was. The modesty untapped by the passing of years was asking to be recovered.

He continued wearing his yellow waistcoat, black trousers and worn hat. People on the street thought he was poor. It happened at times that a merciful woman would turn around and give him alms. Jean Valjean received and bowed to the ground. Other times he happened upon some wretch who was begging. Then, he looked around so no one could see him, approached the beggar stealthily and sneaked a coin in his hand, often even a silver coin, and then rushed away from him. This thing could bring him inconvenience. In the neighborhood people started to know him as the "beggar who gives alms". *

Are you a distinct case of negotiation between an insurer and an insured, from the perspective of experiencing a hurtful humility in front of a dramatic situation that helps you to evolve spiritually and to save your soul?

Every leader, driven by the urge of changing his lifestyle, to finding an equilibrio between functionality and context, between inner power and the responsibilities of his function, is a distinct case of negotiation between an insurer and an insured, due to be treated as such as a theme whose solution lies within human consciousness, not outside of it.

On the one hand, you ensure the necessary independence for yourself, on the other hand you acquire a new outlook on life. The insurer is synonymous with the reckless feeling of an implacable destiny, while the insured can be correlated with the permanent struggle against the reality of a fallen world, dominated by suffering and materialism, or by the struggle of memory against forgetting.

To evolve spiritually towards a higher consciousness, to a greater degree of wisdom, is to show your generosity in the situation of a remorse that can give new meaning to your inner world.

And not just that, you still need to show your generosity in front of a retrospective look at what has been given to you, to hear, even in the absence of arguments that do not identify the legal branch, no uncontradictable logic. Faith is the meditation on a past that pursues you as a curse, from which you must draw conclusions in the sense of those sustained by a fresh, renewed consciousness, from which you must learn what mercy means, what it means to be gentle, sincere, loving, honest, a peacemaker.

To reach yourself, at times fighting even against the wish for power and glory, discovering in the mathematics of the abstract world you’re experiencing, guided by its own equations, rather a problem of affection than of logic, under the influence of the means of ensuring a balance between internal and external. This is more than a caress, bringer of pure thoughts, it is rather an absolutely conquering way to play your feelings to others.

From the science of harnessing the virtues that surround you as an aura of self-confidence, to the art of accepting yourself among others as a guest among hosts, the uninterrupted recognition of beauty plays an important role in the manner of better developing and defining yourself, of discovering new things about others, about the world. Leadership becomes a masterpiece whose composition, inspired perhaps by a summary of the past, shows man in the fullness of his background qualities. Of the greatness that is given to others to admire of him moment by moment and even support it.

Is the situation in which your superiority is born a rapid improvement in the experience of accessing the variable “check your perceptions about what life is meant to be in a miraculous way” that you place at the disposal of the soul of the world?

It is not enough to live according to the harsh laws of leadership, you must also sprinkle a little peace on the inside and outside of your being. Life symbolized in a miraculous way can be perceived as a triumph against all the shortcomings, sins and passions of the world, a triumph that encompasses you when you follow the trail of the past that haunts you and you want to forget it so that you resonate and identify yourself with the one who can suffer, not just the one who overcomes.

As the brain is programmed to absorb any model or structure of reality that it observes and investigates, so too is man, subject to the norms regarding the quality of leadership, programmed to hook up for a long period of time to the network of spiritual energy that develops in perfect harmony with life and the surrounding environment.

Essential elements of leadership are the sparkles of wisdom from the experience of a life where suffering has often overwhelmed the moments of happiness.

The great writer, Victor Hugo, urged: "Let us take down the old plaster that hides the façade of the house. There are no other rules nor models."

To fulfill the conditions of the art of leadership, casting over the nakedness of your beings the veil of feelings that have nothing to do with science, but with your manifestations in the context of the society that casts you at a level of resonance compatible with the human dimension of existential commitments, you must get closes and close to what you really are. TO the man that finds wisdom and gains deep understanding of the fact that something other than the material part completes him and brings him balance. The book of life can be opened without keys, with a simple scanning of the being.

Leadership is the gratitude of experiencing an experience of suffering on the verge of a situation where you feel too inclined to the superiority of your position, or when you feel bound or too dependent on the perfect form of a life that truly deserves to be lived.

The Beggar Who Gives Alms refers to the specifically human aspects of leadership, dominated by specific laws. Leadership must be "clothed" with humanism, as in all other fields, relying mainly on the unwritten law: to give, not only to ask.
