Instead of all his projects, Eisenstein is entrusted with making a movie on which he did not ever think about it. Moreover, he did not dream of it. There was a historical film about the Russians unity, inflamed by patriotic feelings, which under the command of Knyaz Alexander Nevsky, win, in the thirteenth century, the Teutonic armies, turned on conquering their land.

Therefore, the major political purpose of such a movie in 1937, on the eve of the war, it is obvious. The fact that it is entrusted to Eisenstein, proves the appreciation which he still enjoys. Perhaps, not so much as an opportunity which is given to the artist to come back to creation, as well as the lucidity of those who knew him closely, and who actually know that such a major purpose can be best served - and perhaps with the highest international authority – by Sergei Eisenstein.

For some reason or another, he is entrusted with the historical movie with evident and strong actual resonances, whose hero will declare conclusively, in the end: "Go tell all in foreign lands that Russia lives ! Those who come to us in peace will be welcome as a guest. But those who come to us sword in hand will die by the sword ! On that Russia stands and forever will we stand ! " *

Is it your science established by variations in the composition of creation which introduce through themselves new values of reference?

When it comes about leadership, in its possible ascent hanging over those involved in the field, we should not limit ourselves to the notion of information or communication, or to the forms of power, will and wisdom, which subsist in the man through his creative, moral and spiritual dimension. There are different styles of leadership, just as there are different types of reception of the value and rejection of the kitsch. And every style or creation, if it is not canceled by "wrong updates" has a slightly superior function.

We still try to make our way around the particular conception according to which, leadership, the essence of a creation rewarded by recognition, fame and glory, possesses some kind of unity, due to which we can talk about an awareness of the value of work, and of the responsibility in generating new opportunities for affirmation. A kind of definitive intervention, provided by the deep and sincere inner opening before a genuine vision, on the function of the agent of change and trust, which is based on building new and necessary forms of authority.

For a moment, we distance ourselves of this hypothesis, emphasizing the dimension of creation and the appreciation enjoyed by the holder of talents, assuming that leadership is a kind of threshold over which you must pass, gathering all your knowledge and inspiration in order to urge for lucidity. Here, we refer to the lucidity of those who know you closely, and who still know that such a major goal of giving value to leadership through creation can be served best only if you represent by yourself this creation.

The reference value of an artist is the indicator of a positive effect of the entrustment of a project or a service that some entity wants to send, considered indispensable for achieving a higher purpose. This reference value, with the substrate trend towards unity between idea and image, between form and substance, contributing to the completion of any work of art, derives from the value your previous results have.

You cannot be evaluated against a reference value if you do not adjust the relevance of your creative experience to the realism and objectivity with which you estimate yourself.

The people who are at the forefront of innovation in leadership, encouraged by the authority of positive evaluation of public benefit tenderers, will decisively internalize the favorable appreciations on their efforts of self-promotion accepting with conviction the strength of success which they will reproduce in other situations too.

In other words, your science is established by variations in the composition of creation that you transmit and integrate into a new formula profitable for everyone: "We can do great things if we are committed to them." Creation is a search involving effort and uncertainty, but it introduces new benchmarks for reforming leadership by assessing its content by independent "examiners".

How do you ensure the competence for approval of a project which you consider ambitious with an important degree of originality? Through a convincing message full of hope? Through the effect of a subtle finale of an intrigue where the "director's" intervention is felt? Through the effect of general recognition? Through the effect of a new commitment? Through the effect of a later event?

Leadership is to show the world all the power of the talent you possess to the effect of a later event.

The brain in which flickers an idea highlights the authority, based solely on a high consciousness, but also on a knowledge that can be transmitted and that would be able to pass the difficult evaluation to which it is constantly subjected. Moreover, it highlights that ability developed over time through a sustained effort, to create values unanimously recognized, which becoming reference points for ensuring some better approaches in leadership, are adopted and further transmitted.
