When my variegated robe is not here to blindly shine… And how happy I am when the Filipino striped ribbon twists across the Uzbek bed cover. Or when the Mongolian embroidered drawing stretches across the purple background of the wall so precisely painted by the Mexican emblem, of white paper, of the Day of the Dead and by the other dark mask with its wounds bleeding, wandering here, unexpectedly from far away, from the semi-ritualistic world of the Mexican Indians."

From all this foam of the color sea and of the ocean of bloody cruelty will be born, superbly, the character from the movie "Ivan the Terrible."

The great director, Serghei Eisenstein said at one point: "You must see and feel what you think. To feel and control your thoughts. You have to be consistent and secure them within memory and senses. And you must do all this at the same time." *

Leadership: What value can a creation attain that is itself the result of an agreement coordinated by a reforming reality?

Sense is a restorer of pure vision, while thoughts are an important part of your inner wisdom. As a factor of progress for the establishment of the optimum application of creation in leadership, your individuality can be completed by improving the quality and standards of "color" to a high level of approach of your condition as creator. Provided you investigate the possible combinations that can be made from this deep material called "The Self" in relation to surrounding objects. For a creator, color is the reflection of the self that helps with the establishing of personal identity.

In leadership, the term "creation" can be assigned a TRUE value when the means of expressing a message, concept, or artistic idea presents a certain visual attraction or openness to novelty. It is the case of rendering a reality that has come out of the amorphous and fully experiences the experience of maximum diversity in an exemplary unity.

When we associate the two terms, leadership and creation, we can refer to an intuitive navigation in a real bringer of satisfaction, referral of new ways of thinking through the senses and thought, through direct reflection. A form of recognition and appreciation to inspiration, by communicating with what can be seen, felt and heard – or with what lies beyond the material, with what is superior within you and around you. A way of converting a pattern of thought, different and customized, in a form in which the duality of subject and object is central, can turn you into a consistent tester of science and reason, such as "I am a different person than when I am in my comfort zone."

Leadership: Do you facilitate the understanding of the assumption of intelligence to extend to the highest levels of creation, to find a more concise expression in the added value you have to bring in the depth area that amazes through its simplicity?

Well, as a means of domination and manipulation of science that precedes vision, entry into this state of expansion of reason, by connecting to new systems of reference, merely makes it unilateral or reduces the response of outsiders, to the great challenges of reality that is hidden in different structures of consciousness. In perception, sensorial, in a more comprehensive understanding.

Leaders who have reached a level of intellectual maturity necessary for acceding to a higher form of knowledge can this phenomenon of evolution: "a dissolution of meaning into a real that is beyond signification."

In the absence of a reference point as a source of inspiration from which true knowledge stems from, without an "objective" interpretation of the perception vis-à-vis that which you are trying to create, these "intuitive illuminations" will not be part of the potential of leadership, but rather part of its routine. Leadership develops only when you try to find something a bit different, in your incursions into a horizon of interpreting a reality that exceeds, let’s say, rational knowledge.

Your creation can take on an immense value depending on how you utilize thoughts and senses in a special context of relevancy of what you seek to understand, to discover and render.

To facilitate the understanding of the assumption of intelligence to expand to the highest levels of creation means to realize that your entire ability to achieve the desired result is due to the fixation in the memory of the spectator of that feeling of belonging to a space that seems immutable. Like making a reality-inspired movie: you perform the whole action and you know you cannot change the script and the character from who’s perspective you see the movie.

A more concise expression in the added value that you have to bring in the depth area that amazes through its simplicity can be achieved by maximizing the creative experience that eliminates "maximum sophistication" with surprise elements.

The Consistent Foam Of The Colored Sea is an indirect form of expression that places its stamp on all your creation as a leader. It is the consequence of a whirlwind of thoughts, sensations and emotions, well targeted, integrated and balanced into a type of art that, requiring a lot of patience, shows things differently from what they appear in reality.
