The stranger is the phenomenon, if we know - and we know it ! - That this creator, as if exclusively possessed by the idea of the movie, has always the power - and the need - to follow alongside any other ideas, different: theoretical abstractions, or just other movie projects.*

And precisely due to this aspect, often tested in practice, we can talk about leadership as about a need to shape art by the experimental classification of what you commit into a new form of perceiving what you want to offer. Moreover, especially of what it is relevant in applying the thinking. We distance ourselves a bit of this hypothesis and we assume that art is a kind of "restoration" of the man, meeting a different vision, which shows devotion to what it defines, taking hold on what initially appears a burst of joy and life.

In this case, the leadership becomes a complicated construction, knowing always some variation in the configuration of its structure.
The leadership is focused on trying to develop in yourself a thinking that goes beyond the traditional thinking, by the act of creation, by the force of scientific creation taken until a definitive result for what you become.
The need to follow in parallel ideas other than your own denotes openness to knowledge, a certain sophistication of tastes for the new, a welcome thirst for expression, a certain amount of interest in what others think. You cannot mix two different meanings without getting a third meaning much closer to inventing an art of interpretation and transformation.
Professional autonomy is given by the very power of creation to exist and to produce effects on the guidelines of a precise mathematical conception of perennially and rigorously pursued preoccupations such as those artistic, ideological, and cultural.
