The Dead End Of Brilliant Minds
Use your work experience as a lever for the transformation that defines you, by giving meaning and harmoniously unifying your whole potential of producing original creation resources.
I had been playing with the idea of writing a little book about writing for a year or more at that time, but had held back because I didn’t trust my own motivations—why did I want to write about writing? What made me think I had anything worth saying?
The easy answer is that someone who has sold as many books of fiction as I have must have something worthwhile to say about writing it, but the easy answer isn’t always the truth. Colonel Sanders sold a hell of a lot of fried chicken, but I’m not sure anyone wants to know how he made it.
If I was going to be presumptuous enough to tell people how to write, I felt there had to be a better reason than my popular success. Put another way, I didn’t want to write a book, even a short one like this, that would leave me feeling like either a literary gasbag or a transcendental asshole. There are enough of those books—and those writers—on the market already, thanks. *
Is it time to revise your approach towards constituting an intellectual "consummation" experience, so to take your masterpiece to a point where you can control the reality that surrounds you?
If you do not have the necessary artistic means to carry out a certain task under the burden of the combinations and the constructions of the so called progress characterized through gathering knowledge, if you have no personal experience in identifying the value that you bring to your masterpiece, then leadership won’t become an investment with a high profitability potential.
An expenditure of "compromise" representing an advanced resource consumed in the present in order to obtain future events is absolutely essential to reaching a better perspective with respect to implementing a certain orientation towards productivity and results. It is about the compromise with the reality of the other people that you are willing to represent through a masterpiece that highlights the idea of “alternative nonconformism” belonging to a brilliant mind that amazes the world by what it can do, but also by the way it is followed.
Probably, this is the most important ingredient necessary to build a high-quality foundation, a strong direction of the new leadership within an intense creation effort that will help you obtain a better reference between satisfaction and motivation. The transformation that defines a leader is inscribed in the attempt to give his masterpiece a meaning of “being ahead”, “being above”, that everything he does confirms a bright mind, subtlety in shaping reality, meticulous in putting things together to create as fairy-tale of a décor as possible.
The masterpiece of an artist can be an alternative to a world cloned after real life, it can be closely linked to the progressive acquisition of an increasingly complex knowledge, it can be a manifestation of a form of intelligence, of a skill, of a trick, it can be closely linked to the experience in handling information, experience working with brands in many fields of activity, etc. What is important is what you emphasize through what you express, through the form you give to your personal creation.
In leadership, the consumption experience is equivalent to the elaboration of the authentic version of a masterpiece that can be “reactivated and updated” at any time to support that interpretation of the reality that becomes the frame of motivation and action of other people.
To know how to use yourself and your work experience as a lever for the transformation that defines you, that corresponds to your dynamic by giving meaning and harmoniously unifying your whole potential of producing original creation resources. For that find a better motivation than that of winning over the audience. Revise your approach of building an intellectual "consummation" experience.
Truly. You can go even further with your choice. Recreating and reusing the past of your work experience together with your transformation experience will be only some of the factors that determine the difference between motivation and lack of motivation. There are totally different experience areas, whose exploitation you start from the moment you engage in a new process of making the most of your own potential or making the most of your intellectual property. Actually, I think that we all tend towards making the most of things in fast and multiple ways.
To take your masterpiece to a point where you can control the reality that surrounds you means to apply to your knowledge that characteristic that people need most: the motivation to use its meaning to satisfy their ambitions to reformulate the world. And to promote their own qualities.
The Dead End Of A Brilliant Mind brings forward that lack of motivation for doing something new professionally speaking, that follows every performer in their evolution. Up to a point where they either completely loose interest, or they gather their strength for a new fight on the open front of personal progress.
