In leadership, the "decisive pass" that can be transformed into a great success, is given by the influence that they receive from you, is given by the perspective that you can offer regarding the manner in which they must think and act, it is given by the fluidity of your skills and qualities, by your ability to communicate with them, and by imposing your own high standard, without restricting their right to freely express their guidelines.

Hence, their education in a particular way, by giving them a certain perspective, in the idea of building a career, should be based on establishing an agreement, of a solid partnership between you and them, which would prove particularly beneficial for both sides.

The content of a creation that aims to stimulate the act of creation among other people must provide an experience of self-knowledge, but also an unforgettable experience related to a certain event. Moreover, the content of a creation must provide a delightful view of a certain life situation that serves as a means of expressing a scientific idea.

A true leader is always ready to reveal details about the results of his work, drawing on a life experience that serves as a means of identifying and expressing his own conceptions of what it means to be a Creator.

The Decisive Pass Towards Mastery it is the stage that marks your success or your failure as a leader. It is the stage that helps you see where are people in relation to your vision and your values, and where they head to your prompting. Your approaches, your attempt to change people's optics on leadership, it is the "decisive pass" towards enhancing their performance and their level of influence.

Just as the goal remains without doubt the concrete reward of the football game, victory being the supreme coronation of the efforts made by the 11 teammates - even so, joining of the other people to your art, undoubtedly remain the concrete reward of your efforts to optimize their way of thinking and of using their own resources, which ensures your success and performance.

Conclusion: The performance in leadership it is evaluated by the results obtained by the team, and achievement of the intended purpose. The performance of a leader it is measured by the individual performance of each person in the team. Therefore, a leader must be involved and sometimes enormously work for the development of a corporate culture, because in vain he has his own high standards if they are not consistent with those of the team members, and if he detaches from what they considered to be normal, he risks generating misunderstandings and a strong adversity from their side... in this case, it is all over with the performance.

Evaluation of individual performances, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of each individual, identifying the training needs and professional development, the identification of potential performance, applying a motivating remuneration system (if, the remuneration system it is determined by other factors than performance, and if it is uniform for all, the evaluation would be already useless, and the motivation would also disappear) and last but not least, communication, finding adequate bridges of communication in order to obtain mastery in the team.
