Once you remove the general rules of drama from the director’s arsenal, the content is expressed directly. That is why the script is missing and the method of creation is moving from the theme, right to the montage sheet. Eisenstein does not propose a film that will illustrate, through a story, the significance of the strike. He wants, with the expressive means of art, to answer the question: what is a strike, how is it organized, what are its prerequisites, its course, its effects? Hence the need for a lack of fabrication, of individualized characters, them being replaced with personified notions: the organizer, the worker, the spy, the foreman, and so on and so forth… And also from here, the necessity of metaphorical montage.
Through the purposes, he proposes to himself, director Eisenstein projects himself implicitly in the core, in the essence of the problems of montage. Can you project into the core of what the universe of your own creation represents to make your evolution known from the point of view of the significance you assign to the artistic expression?
The leader-creator has a clear role in the context of approaching science, in that it manages to build the vivid picture of a universe of infinite variety. He implicitly projects himself in the core of what this universe represents in order to make his evolution known. And who tries to reach the core of what is wrong with the vision exposed by a leader, regarding such a universe, constituting in the world of art a sort of functional reason, making it more individualized, will surely encounter a logic and mechanisms difficult to understand.
We cannot speak of leadership if we do not offer food for the science on which it rests, placing it in the context of an orientation that is, essentially, in relation to everything that was accepted as the norm of transitioning towards a superior level of visualizing a reality that hides a story. The creative work of an artist, distinguishing between authenticity and kitsch, is the clearest demonstration of the need to ensure stable sources of power and control to better accelerate development and the process of change.
The form creation takes is given by the montage you achieve. The montage involves the sequential assembly of separate components of information, images, perspectives and experiences. It is a way to show off your coordination capacities and those of producing innovative elements, activities specific to undertaken research and knowledge dissemination. Without a quality montage that will raise the level of efficiency in solving the three fundamental problems of leadership: how, what and for whom do you produce science, you will not be able to prove your value and your professionalism.
Artistic expression is a revelation of performing art, a revelation of a personal truth transposed into a story, it is a combination of ideas transposed into an image consisting of facts, feelings and interpretations. It can have the meaning that the director gives to the reality that he himself experiences through emotions, by different real causes and effects.

The identity of the structure of several models of representing knowledge used in scientific research is reduced to a succession of detail elements. These are formed in an undetermined unity of time in relation with the landmarks of the existence of authentic forms of creation, contributing to promoting a new style of art.
The details and working procedures, depending on the premises of a new direction of evolution of science and on the effects of a new line of trend, are part of a personal expedition of searching for a deeper meaning of what you transmit, by engaging in a game of selecting information and the way you process it.
Leadership appears as a complex of intuitions and possibilities of exploring a particular reality, based primarily on the experience in working with elements of creation that have continuity and unity in the field of produced effects.
Your creation can be processed in a way in which science can ensure a new usage value for leadership, only if you manage to identify a way of using the expressive means for the construction in the present of a "perfect future". Winning independence in shaping science is possible through the renewing character of what you achieved with the help of new standpoints in terms of defining new directions and perspectives of thinking and feeling.
