The Depth Of The Human Existential Universe
The way, in which you lift up the man or bring him down, depends on the way in which the externalized reality is filtered by your consciousness.
I was amazed on how far was taking me my road, tortuous, but creative, releasing of any enchainment, interpretable by the alternating percentage between subjectivity and objectivity, between real and unreal. Two constant, whose source of knowledge, for my later development, became more and more obsessive, more ample, and louder.
As if I had made a cross-dimensional journey, stepping into a parallel universe, based on the cause and effect, of which only science, comprehensive, that was beyond the physical possibilities of any scientist, could help me escape. To go back, like a wandering son, loaded by a powerful "magnetism", to the harsh reality of life, to myself, to the depth of my being.
A world apart was fertilizing like a potential energy, as being influenced of some thoughts and feelings, electrifying by their manifestations, requiring a certain harmony, a certain balance to my soul. Revealing and transforming, they were slipping easily, like a gentle steam, in the most hidden corners of my consciousness, gaining more and more ground.
Do you seek to demonstrate the possibility of going from the real to the unknown, with various situational nuances, covering in part the mechanisms of thinking with the danger of exaggerations flattening the separate elements of the background you place your image on?
The most significant human mysteries, of the feelings conditioned by objective circumstances, could be perceived only if I reached that level of understanding the true dimensions of his existence, that uplifting power of a thinking consumed by the great questions of the universe.
It was me, the one who was changed. The tenacious man, who after long search and many failures, after many internal disputes and many bitter disappointments, analysis and complex tests, managed to identify the primary element that was underlying alchemy, but also the method underlying the implementation of illusions. Have I turned into a magician? The founder of a superior entity that could easily influence the human existence? Have I really had found that "Lapis philosophorum"?
Was it everything enlarged, exaggerated by a fertile imagination? I was wondering unsure, measuring like a seeker of treasures, the importance of my discovery. In fact, it was just me and I, the magician and the man, two extremes, which although manifested concomitantly, were mutually excluding each other. Warring myself with the expectation, time, anxiety, and routine, without filling with anything that emptiness in the corner of my pride as an explorer. Was it a penalty kick, une tentative de pénalité, given by destiny for a "backward", for my probable regress?
So unpredictable and pretentious was the magic.

Therefore, you should start from this correct premise that the man can be shaped, influenced, if his existence is placed under the influence of some "electrifying" thoughts and feelings which creates a new controlling entity: the magic.
To succeed in identifying the primary element underlying leadership, first find the main and decisive factor of understanding the magic that amazes and gives a good image to a complex artist. Follow the path of knowledge based on the verisimilitude, justifying the quality attributed to the thought of profoundly changing the situation known before it, the values, the attributes of an idea.
Climb to the dominant area of human character, which houses the most important mysteries of the being and of its life, through a celebration of the inexplicable. Examine the human traits with the powerful magnifying glass of your own virtues, looking up into the depths of his being, every angle, every corner made of emotions, requiring a certain balance to his existence - this is the highest mission of the leader.
And this is, in fact, the main indicator which must be considered. With the high power of concentration of an aeronaut, the genuine leader carefully crawls all the "expansion" of human nature, all regions of reason and of the feelings unexplored by anyone. But, at the same time, it underlines the magic of the moment of recognizing itself within a different identity, profoundly illustrating the faulty saying: "Verweile doch ! " (Moment, stay ! )
He knows how to take advantage, and even to direct the breeze that blows from the most inaccessible peaks, harsher and more barren of the human psyche, so that to dispel the fumes of personal incompleteness or of self-devaluation in the bright rays of a sunshine. The development and implementation of a moral renewal on any surface covered with the "mist" from the human world – that’s the total success in leadership !
The illusion you do not see is what happens to you ass the eyes of the world are fixed to what you have made them believe: that you have forgotten who you really are and that you are lost in another reality.
The depth of the human existential universe brings into the field of attention the result of a conscious targeting of the intellectual effort, emotional and creative of the leader towards unraveling the biggest mysteries of the world: "human being", and also the most important question of all time: "What is the meaning of his existence?".
Just as an archaeologist reconstructs a full epoch after the discovered style of construction, so do you, to understand the human dimension, you must start from the correct premises that underlie human existence, to admit the existence of those weaknesses which undermine the development in his way towards perfection, to identify, analyze them with that "divine organ": heart, and then try to correct or to eliminate them.
Do not you have twinges of consciousness; does your soul hurts when you realize that you, or people around you are unable to reach a certain stage of "evolution"? Have you done something wrong? Did you forget something? Have you missed your mission?
Conclusion: The leader must know that he acts on an unstable and constantly changing ground. The ground consists of people, who are distinct individuals, and who together represent a force that acts synergistically, or not with him.
On quicksand you cannot build anything. Therefore, the leader has the role to find the perfect binder to strengthen the "ground". This goal can be achieved only by deep knowledge of people and their inner universe, as well as finding ways and appropriate methods to lift them up, and not to bring them down.
