Examine well your convictions that you form about the one who leads you, by giving them an order which will take into account the impact that they could have on you.

The pacifists' principle says that you should never harm other people. But the devil doesn't take into account morals and ethics, which humans are so fond of. He judges people by some very rigorous criteria, which only he knows, treating them according to his interests.

Do you remember the movie " The Mummy - Tomb Of The Dragon Emperor (2008) "? General Yang always hoped to bring back to life emperor Han, the only one who could reinstall order in the chaos in his country and, then, he could become his right hand. And he succeeded. Awaking the sleeping one, his dream became true. All he had to do was to prove his absolute loyalty to HIM.

Leadership: Can you create a new reality of your life with a "duplicate content" of the type THE VERY BEST, without feeling that you’ve put a part of you in it?

Many are called, but few are chosen. The devil never can carry out the plan without the help of some loyal servants. Even he needs support. But the hardest thing in the world is to find his perfect servant, who enthusiastically will devote himself body and soul, day and night to his ideal. The perfect servant must be fit for everything. Imperfection, doubt, mistake are considered weaknesses.

His old general, general Ming had betrayed him that is why emperor Han had some difficulties in trusting the new contender for such a high rank. However, he accepted that Yang be his general because he had resurrected him from the dead. That proved his loyalty. Such a man doesn't need a resume, he mustn't be tested, evaluated, monitored, go through trials and receive grades any more. With no doubt, he is the right man; he is decisive, has the mind of an explorer and proves confidence in himself.

Leadership: Is your importance measured by the mission that you assume in an effort without success, but which has the potential to meet the standard of proof of an ungraspable greatness?

Hatred that lies in an unshakable heart cannot be concealed forever. Emperor Han, who had the sole objective of becoming the ruler of the world, could never have quenched his hate towards his enemies, all the people who would never have wanted and who would never have accepted to obey him.

Emperor Han, brought back to life after 2000 years, could not forget his old thought of conquering the world, but on the contrary, he was even more determined to reach his goal, especially that both him and his army were condemned to suffer a torturing death.

By the fact that not even after his death, emperor Han never abandoned the mission he himself had assumed, he became a fearful leader.

Leadership: Can you open a promising perspective of reconnecting to a supreme entity, gaining confidence in the context of a change of origin?

Whoever follows his leader devotedly, shares the same fate with him. Whoever serves the devil cannot break free of him. This is also the case of general Yang. It's madness. It's grim, but there was a sort of relationship between them, a mysterious relationship and I cannot give it a name. But under no circumstance can it be called friendship because the devil never has friends, he only has servants.

His immense ambition to serve his master and his confidence that he would win, added to the confidence in his own strength, gave general Yang a powerful impetus, a courage relating only to madness or genius, but which lead him to damnation. He was very ambitious, but in his rush to succeed in everything that he had set forth, he judged superficially. And paid for his mistake. He should have thought better before rushing into such an adventure together with the devil.

The origin of a man dwells in his freedom, but in leadership, too much freedom as to what regards rules gives rise to antipathy because it ultimately leads to a lack of coherence in achieving objectives and instability in what regards the decision-making autonomy. This origin of man must use another variant of acquiring a privileged status, namely through symbolic equivalence: "to go one’s way".

Basically, General Yang had to claim only the "display" value of a supreme power, and not its personal use version.

Leadership: Do you assess as objectively as possible the tendency to be oriented towards tasks without acting against image representations that are often simultaneous with another coordinated representation?

Just as a leader must have the ability to assess his people, so also those who choose a leader has to evaluate him with special attention. It rarely happens for a leader to have other intentions than the ones declared to his team and to deceive the team's confidence or to guide it to an end point, other than the initial one, and even to failure.

Do you have the ability to sense the truth about the nature of the one you accept to lead you? Have you somehow made a wrong impression about him?

You enter a new field just for the sake of serving someone? Do you recognize the importance of selecting the right leader? How can you recognize the true leader?

Your success depends, on a proper sense own, largely on your ability to choose. Examine well your convictions that you form about the one who leads you, by giving them an order which will take into account the impact that they could have on you. Think twice before choosing your leader.

The representation of an image of superiority is, in most cases, simultaneous with another coordinated representation: a multiplication of a self that projects the other in itself.

The Devil’s Servant is the man who cannot rise above the spiritual condition of the preacher of a frightening belief.
