Try to assimilate a thought that can be applied in the transformation experience of the "whole", by going the reverse way of natural creation.
An authentic artist, Sergei Eisenstein, however, throws himself into the subject’s experience, trying to acquire it, to go the reverse way of natural creation. He approaches the subject with effort, but with the sincerity of the artist, with artistic probity, that is. He accepts the situation and seeks to cope with it. We are witnessing insane torment; we know the usual way of his creation. Now, things are the other way around: "the enunciation of the imperative has preceded the natural development of the scene, usually routinely initiated by the inner necessity, the inner impulse which, avoiding the formula, immediately tends to the ready-made imaging form."
The usual method of creation must therefore be abandoned. Hence that extreme difficulty, unique to his creation so far. The solution? You have to feel it out, to try it (the way tailors do) to play this gamble of supply and demand that you gain by yourself when you keep the equal weight of the two stallions – logical thinking and imagination – that you allow to sprint together towards the same common goal: the proper figurative representation of the whole. *
Leadership: Can you get out of the monotony of imperfection by developing the ability to communicate a certain philosophy of thinking?
The backwards road of creation, according to the professional skills of a director, annihilates the feeling of his own insufficiency, of impotence, and limitation, paving the way for the acquisition of a higher virtue: that of giving meaning to an "intelligence capable of learning from experience".
The one born with predispositions for art, to be able to perceive a new sensation of clarity and motivation, calls out to the figurative representation of reality, predicting the expression of the essence of things, of the dynamism of form, thus uniting the sensible with the spiritual.
More precisely, the reverse way of creation designates the process of building a new philosophy placed in the midst of art’s evolution, from which progressively transpire reflexivity and perfection, being regarded as a source of inspiration in discovering new patterns of thought. It refers to the artist’s role of escaping the monotony of imperfection which is a state of waiting, a sort of stopping in an area in which imagination tires and reality loses its outlines more and more, becoming evanescent, confusing.
Leadership: Do you follow the usual way of creation by assigning a new formula to its previous existence?
The ability to communicate through art a certain philosophy of thought through originality, depth, but also through a certain emotional load cannot lead to the neglect of what we know by common methods of creation. But, compared to other forms of art practice that leaves no freedom of expression and improvisation, it brings changes to the skillful means of articulating the power of seeing the perfect in the imperfect, which is not based on either the senses or the reason, but rather exclusively on logic and imagination.
A kind of prolongation of the state of mind that leads to the testing of the requirements of style, quality and tendencies, without neglecting the specific object of crafty knowledge that implies convincing the excellence that in order to really get value from what you create, a certain autonomy is required, even if relative, of a certain finesse in representing the model of thought.
For a harmonious blending between the knowledge, interpretation and presentation of art in a more comprehensible but also compelling form, for a varied audience in which natural and realism combines in a universe of very rich imagination, is still based on a sense of logic and of preparation.
To follow the typical path of creation by assigning a new formula to its former existence is to move away from the point where you can no longer provide a major value by fixing your personal footprint in the memory of the world. Thus, we are dealing with a revival of our own spirit, a primordial criterion in activating a model of art as an unlimited repetition of certain patterns belonging to the past, as a natural continuation of accumulated experience.
Leadership: Are you reluctant to use an "input resistance" of high or low value?
Concerning the connection of art to leadership, focusing only on that more comprehensive concept of logic that contributes to ensuring the objectivity and correctness of the results obtained by the act of creation, we directly support the existence of a reciprocal relationship between two objects: one of thinking, the other of experiences, used concurrently.
But used in such a way that the conclusion drawn by the evaluators, depending on the effect of what can be considered significant and aesthetic, confirms the creator’s orientation towards the culture of quality, naturalness in the expression of ideas, perhaps even transparency, but especially towards a culture of innovation and perfection.
"The entry resistance" of high or low input used in leadership in the complex process of renewal of creation corresponds to the form of judging any aspect from the perspective of the science located between rational and imaginary, preventing you from producing an authentic transmission of art, and from the perspective of interiority located beyond the limits of others’ understanding, which makes it difficult to transmit your own teachings.
Resistance is a measure of the interaction forces between elements of conception and sense attributed to creation that can occur during the remodeling process of your own thinking, integrating in a stable way in the configuration of a new model of what you want to transmit.
To attribute a thinking to yourself that can be applied in the transformation experience of "the whole" means to dispose not only of a sum of ideas and reference values with which to make comparisons and positions in relation to the self and the world through creation. But it means that they have a practical applicability in real life.
Art is the path from philosophy to creation to the very roots of the phenomenon called "gamble of supply and demand" in the sense of creating an attitude of the spirit that projects its own glow upon the world.
The Equal Reins Of The Two Stallions concern both operations of maintaining the ability to create: logical thinking and imagination.
Leadership is not a projection of the imaginary that stimulates the evolution that the mind of man creates to escape from self-imposed reality. It requires a certain logic in those judgments that generate actions directed to the restoration, maintenance, or development of a certain mentality, of a certain aspect of personality. It gives you some coordinates and guides you to a new experience of self-expression.
