The phenomenal psychiatrist knows how to transform a "light stimulus" into a regular and compromising "electric stimulus" with the help of a time cell he often refers to. Clarice is caught in a block of regenerative thoughts of light and darkness, as in an electric field produced by the intensity between two different lugs, which determines an alternative flow with continuous elements, thus establishing a formidable research subject. But being permanently subject to calculi, suggestions and sensitizing procedures, everything within her gets deranged.

The ray of light so roughly achieved perishes. The nerves of the woman submitted to a "welcome" treatment are stretched even further. Having a relative power, she is taken by surprise by the patterns of complexity of knowledge.

Wishing to discuss, even briefly, about the perspectives of leadership expansion in the world of tomorrow, we can’t avoid taking into account an individual’s moods, strongly determined, conventionally or unconventionally by a strong persuasion force.

Not few people understand by leadership at the present time a conventional code of rules that would be strongly implemented at every decision making level. The majority seem to perceive leadership as an own existence of entities valid only in some well-determined conditions, so not as a thinking patterns, but as a series of preset orders and their access in certain circumstances that have as purpose winning in every possible way.
