Leadership addresses the need to reconcile yourself with all the dimensions of life and reality that exist simultaneously, condition each other, allowing you to recognize the difference between what you feel about someone and what motivates you to endure the experiences of your weaknesses and the freedom to choose.
The Flight Towards Height Of The Bird With Broken Wings prefigures an attempt to rise above the pain, above your thoughts and emotions, a regaining of freedom only through a full-joining, with all your being, by the chance of change, induced by others. It designates the continuous battle, despite the impasses and adverse events, towards the peak of the desired performance.
