Use all your actives and all the needed resources for developing science, so that you never fall pray to abjection and regress.

A very important factor that has contributed to the perpetuation of my scientific line was the fear of falling prey to abjection and regress, a form of abandon holding me back because I could not turn this emotion into a constructive one. Innovation kept me in a permanent strain, mobilizing all my attention, forcing me to use all my actives and my immediate inspiration and creativity resources in a crescendo of inner feelings, of emotional interrogations.

But innovation, the finite element that could be experimentally determined based on the systematic observation of transformation, both in unity and balance, of codes and symbols, no matter their field of use, is based mainly on the relations settled between two or more entities. My mind couldn’t keep up with other obligations, because I was dividing my attention in nearly equal percentages between the entities that I struggled to come to meet and control.

Similar to the hero of a well-known novel, I was focusing my sight on two close things, and then I would notice the common characteristics with the same flowing gesture, without ever stopping. At first, the equivalences between these two entities weren’t rising to my expectations. And initially, the struggle to find similarities raised a huge doubt. But interpreting details in terms of observational selection and confusion between correlation and causality often gave birth to ideas and theories in eager rivalry interesting.

Are you committed to being loyal to yourself and building a relationship that supports truth in a demonstration of the need to assert a science that will later be called "metaphysics"?

Maybe out of need for adrenaline, or out of the unusual curiosity of trying something new, maybe out of the tendency to make comparisons and objective evaluations, I always managed to make a step forward. It wasn’t a considerable effort that came from a freely assumed obligation, but a commitment in the long run. A start-ups accelerator, the source of a pure, eternal and incorruptible substance flux that permanently integrated new particles of vital substance – essential to maintaining the optimum level of simulating creativity.

I needed some time to find the thread in the labyrinth of the interpretative thinking’s steps, according to the analogical and contiguous relations, because no Ariadne had given it to me. Thus, I managed to understand science and the importance of its experimental side.

And science is nothing else but the fruit of a mental effort in order to achieve an understanding of the relation in countless hypotheses, calculi, suppositions, approximations and estimations, uncertainties, preconceptions, equivalencies, augmentations, extensions, extrapolations, probabilities – and their respective combinations.

The metaphysics that began to crystallize on the horizon was a sort of ground for the empirical reality that we observe from the affective point of view, designated by the concept of being part of a totality of a being enclosed within itself through a reiteration of experiences, giving me the foundations and causes of establishing a truth called "the coherence of the complexity of being someone else".

Does your leadership meet the eligibility conditions of the excellence created from a sort of a multifaceted mindset in which the affective and the cognitive work together to create an artistic work?

What is the most important factor that contributes to the perpetuation of you scientific line? Does innovation keep you in a permanent strain? Does the tendency of making comparisons and objective evaluations help you make a step forward towards the experimental side of science?

One of the conclusions I have gradually reached, given the facts of a compelling consolidations of those "knowledge sectors" found in my area of potential, and that could closely interest as an act of inspired closeness, of understanding and accepting the results of one’s own research, is that only a category of individuals are able to reach an advanced level of insight into leadership.

In order for leadership to fulfill the eligibility requirements of mastery, the individual has to execute the basic operations and obtain some viable results – from putting into practice that knowledge. Only by training your thinking, by staking your curiosity, you will achieve the two essential requirements of your development: creating superiority in a certain aspect or in a constructive approach and perpetuating your scientific line until reaching a point when it will be able to transcend any obstacles.

Under these conditions, building your own start-ups accelerator becomes a necessity, a determinant factor in this pretentious evolution that deserves being fully savored and fructified. The start-ups accelerator has to permanently integrate new particles of vital "substance" for the synthesis of the elements that will encompass the foundation of creating and maintaining one’s own value. It doesn’t represent anything else but a generation process for new ideas, their development or refinement, so that leadership becomes better defined and much more sophisticated.

The artistic work that arose from a sort of multilateral thinking, in which the affective and the cognitive collaborated superbly, was my connection to a new dimension of science characterized primarily by trying to fit the nature of my being in the conceptual patterns offered by assessing reality at a new level: trying to make science more tangible, to give it a more human touch.

Can you ensure your full value by transforming scientific matter into a different formulation once you venture into making a new version of the application commonly called "human being"?

Someone said that self-education makes a man be what he can be. Exactly. The true thinkers and practitioners of leadership are, for that matter, deeply united in their educational steps, being concerned with equal intensity of finding a higher meaning of their own potential. Their efforts are pointed especially towards strengthening the knowledge sectors that could ensure them a full value, through sensitive and pretentious methods of transforming matter that can stimulate progress in the field.

So, innovation keeps them in a permanent strain, mobilizing all their attention, forcing them to use all their actives and their immediate inspiration and creativity resources in order to find new provision sources for their own knowledge capital, necessary to the maximization of the expected results.

The transformation of scientific matter into a human immanence could have provided me with the value of a man who can make the impossible possible, one who can think at a higher level through a more significant proportion of the emotional self.

A fulfillment based on exploring what is happening to you is a mystical journey of spiritual ascension into the realm of truth in the vicinity of a world that makes you feel like you are someone else.

The flux’s source of pure substance is nothing else but the result of the individual work undergone by the leader, who, throughout time, enriched his knowledge by using the experience of his predecessors and contemporaries, as well as his own experiences. The result was to give birth to an inedited, intelligible "substance" with practical applications that can be transmitted to others because it’s unanimously understood and accepted.

If you want to be a leader whose professionalism is doubtful, then use all your actives and resources necessary to developing your science to lead. Don’t fall prey to abjection and regress.
