I stood in front of a path leading towards a new science. I owed everything to alternative practice in the area of researching the fundamentals of "creative intelligence", of which, now, I could only affirm but one thing: he who wisely appropriates this science becomes himself a sphere of the transforming work of God into the world

Still, I must confess that at first, science was not exactly my main concern. It was merely a process of searching for something yet undefined. One could say that I only loved science from a particular purpose. That of detaching myself a bit from a world full of hypocritical patterns, of the so-called "herd", resisting the feeling of belonging to an empty space, devoid of personality. Undoubtedly, I was dominated by the same founded motivation with which a painter seeks the plasticity of the expression of an idea he wishes expressed.

It was a sort of a burden of a mind subjected to a heightened tension, asking of itself to be assumed, and somehow eliminated, before its potential for expansion moved towards negative values. A suffering due to which I discovered myself as being different from what I was, deep in the bosom of an entity that extends beyond the boundaries of the admissible, under the influence of a force of redefining personal identity. I tended to believe, with due respect to any mediator of science, that within my own mind, a true ocean was hidden, subjected to the tides and agitated by periodic storms. I felt that I was collapsing in turbulent waves.

Unconventionally, I have entered the functional block of unlimited thought, which fascinated through its rarely meth depth, through the complexity of its approaches, updated and designed in the manner in which science was supported by the power of imagination. Incurable, bias had often laid traps for me during this risky expansion of my individuality, being tempted to frame this puzzled phenomenon into many categories of manifestations that seemed secondary. Such as: "the abuse of power."

Do you support the acceleration and capitalization of scientific results towards a new consciousness that links the variable of a single transformation into the reality that is revealed to you as a question addressed to itself?

The progress you achieve in the area of leadership is proportional to the time you invest in rethinking your personal identity, supporting the acceleration and exploitation of scientific results towards the direction of a new consciousness. It is that elevated consciousness of man that researches his self, through the perpetual kneading of the intelligence placed in service to creation, finding its unitary doing only under the halo of imagination.

Only through a process of searching for something still undefined, as if you fill a void inside of you, can you realized that breaking of habit of thinking that, in turn, particularly cancels any attempt to put behind everything related to pragmatic realism.

One question is required to be asked without delay: what is your preoccupation as a leader that can fuse your sense of belonging to something broader than the world you are in? The man who tends to perfection, the leader of the present and the future, taking into account the probability of losing himself into an impersonal absolute, will be forced to other methods of self-assessment as well – but especially to a supple acceptance of that "something else", so categorically denied by the paragraphs of science.

A scientific result that changes the horizons of understanding the world is the expression of an unlimited thought, loaded by imagination with new meanings of understanding over the situations through which you pass, from which lies the force of interpretation of the answer to the question: up to which point can you leap with an idea without feeling in any way cut off by the fixed rules of an assumed obligation?

A result can be considered "scientific" because it first indicates what kind of facts should be gathered to make a finding, then because it only looks at the frame in which the solution is to be sought.

Do you express your attachment to that area of self-seeking that only gives you fulfillment if the struggle between imagination and rationality is taken in the name of a superior being?

An entire ocean will unravel, in its infinite greatness, in front of the rest of your life. A number of pluses and minuses will offset the lack of a possibility of expanding the production capabilities of a new platform of knowledge. But at the same time, will have to lead a fierce battle between fantasy and rationality in modern thought.

If you want to turn science into a basis for leadership development, over the course of your life, do not limit yourself to passing beyond unanimously accepted thinking, but first try to express your attachment to that area of self-search that confers fulfillment. Try to express your identity through the constant persistence of the modeling and settings in the future versions of personal creation. Only so will you gain the status of "reformer."

Find and strengthen your identitary power, for only it gives you the strength to survive the changes that others have imposed, or that you yourself impose. This power is primarily aimed at winning the trophy at the border between the imaginary and the real, open to a new way of approaching the relationship between what you are able to morally bear by your attachment to a new reality and what are you able to become by describing this reality framed in the parameters of the feeling of belonging to something "higher".

The horizon of a higher reality can only be attained by expanding depth in analyzing the phenomenon of life from the point of view of an intelligence that encountered the school of thought at the right time, always feeding on "something else" in the vicinity of a creation that, incontestably, leaves no one indifferent.

The status of a higher being can be won through the privileged attention that you give to the sense of belonging to something larger than the world you are in.

The best teacher in leadership is life experience, much more important in shaping personality than professional experience.
