Any good child, paradoxically stated Eisenstein, breaks objects, loosens dolls’ bellies or disassembles clocks to see what is inside them. Unlike these "good" kids, I was a bad child, precisely because I had done nothing of the sort. Perhaps, this is precisely why I had to become a director.

And this is because the so-called well-behaved children exhaust, within that period, the restlessness of curiosity, primitive cruelty and aggressive assertion. Unconsumed then, these tendencies erupt later. Instead of the disassembled clock appears the passion for researching the mechanism of creation, damaging objects is replaced with irreverence for authority.*

Do you fulfill the conditions of forming a new intellectual authority by accelerating the expansion of consciousness, setting the place of a “view beyond sight” on the scale of a more comprehensive reality than you can perceive at first glance?

Leadership can be associated with a way of delineating yourself from the narrow world of those without outstanding merits, through a new enhancing of self-awareness, projected over the circumstances of triggering the need of surpassing your existential and intellectual inertia. Consciousness is the measure of the truth that you acknowledge about yourself as compared to the evaluations and performances of others on the scale of a merit-based respect hierarchy, on the scale of a rarely available career, from where authenticity and personal becoming into the community’s system of values transpires.

A simple, well-used use of knowledge does not prove that you have avoided the threat to the essence of your nature, your authentic being, because no matter how creative you are, no matter how creative you present yourself before the world up to a certain point, it is quite possible that you will not be able to pass the threshold of “self-sufficiency”. The identity you will address, as a product of interaction with the reasoning that craves to bring light to all that is falsely presented by others, through the distinction between the models of innovation that favors your leadership qualities the most, is in fact a perpetual seeking of the self that begins with hoarding knowledge and transforming it into a product of creation.

A view beyond a first glance has, as a basic consideration, a kind of intuitive understanding of changes at a macro-existential level. A truly valuable person is distinguished by the ability to see through human actions and to discover hidden motifs and meanings of a path that might profit from its essential characteristics of a modest career beginning.

The merit of triumph in any field is due to the skill of enduring that “pause” that exists between the tendency to not pay attention to the reasons of being among other people and the opportunity to discover your talent at a time that takes you by surprise.

You cannot open any window to a new horizon, by introducing during the search of a new identity the idea of materializing prominent thoughts, if your curiosity doesn’t reach a warning level.

You will be able to regain your direction of travel and development only in the degree of understanding of what you really are, starting from the first steps towards performance. But especially depending on what the product of interiority represents, which irradiates everything you are in your deepest truth. The product of interiority is a combination of positive factors of lasting effects over the restoration of the mental and emotional balance that allows you to move forward in life.

The parameters that fix or define your identity, essential in designing new constructive forms and structures of getting ahead, are in constant evolution and transformation, indirectly determined by that personal painting of achievements that goes into play the moment a set of conditions is met. The first condition is to recognize the urgency of being on point in what regards understanding of the scientific foundation that supports you on your journey towards excellence. The second condition is to stay away from the effect of negative thinking, such as "What is broken cannot be fixed."

To develop your awareness of situating yourself above others, viewing the relationship of utility between what you choose to become and what you have become by making decisions that influence the existential route, means to believe in your true essence and, by merging with it, valuing your qualities and knowledge in your field of interest.

Leadership is the merit that you attach in a significant way to the process of evolution that begins with what you do not like and finishes with what we call “enlightenment”.

The Foundations Of The Architecture Of Becoming are the reference elements that contribute to your way of being, through a differentiation of the constructivism and ingenuity made available for supporting the decision of changing the rules of determining the personal value that doesn’t work. In order to find your true purpose in the world, first filter your practice of life by developing all traits or characteristics, constant over time.

These fundamentals are: disinterest shown for normality and the greatness of shining in a special combination of intuition and intelligence.
