For a scientist, such an experience could not constitute an enigmatic phenomenon. For me, however, the findings of this experiment didn’t offer me the privilege of being completely my own master over my intellectual curiosity. It was an agony of intelligence, a mess of meanings. Because everything boiled down to how I interpreted the experiment, and not so much its practical side.

Science means turning information into action after reflecting on its long-lasting effects. The orientation of the distribution system of the senses resulting from the adjustments of experiments, theories, hypotheses and ideas expressed by the other scientists, focused on creating new forms of thinking that can guarantee the installation of new faculties of research, didn’t have to ignite or provoke shocks in the evolution of the most important factor of analysis: the human resource.

To give science another direction is to turn your attention to a new way of addressing the relationship between what man and his outward action are.

Incessantly, probing the essential thinking of scientists through the random selection and critical analysis of the results of their experiments, without detaching myself from the unanimously agreed upon system of thinking, I tried to present new explanations and introduce new concepts that later would be generally accepted in the scientific world. In fact, everything I tried to relay in writing, within the framework of literature, through excellence, of syntax, referred to the commission of creative works made up of memorable patterns to be followed by all those who wanted to embrace the profession of scholar.

But I could not accomplish this without knowing that "How?" and that "Why?" fundamentals in the attempt of giving knowledge a new orientation. I could supplement the profound motivation that gave meaning to my evolution, only capitalizing on the discoveries of other scientists. The ability to influence a series of processes associated with scientific breakthroughs, those taking steps toward the future, was closely related to the capacity to express in abstract terms the results obtained from empirical observations.

Can your manner of clarifying the role of a science modify in depth the manner of discovering a new approach of personal power but also of power at the level of the entire world?

The act of progressing in the discoverer role, in the classical understanding of leadership as being a science exclusively quantitative, but also qualitative, provides the advantages of an acquired status, not awarded, which adds some weight to the autonomy of a person and to intellectual comfort. The personal power of a discoverer relates to his ability to understand abstract concepts, to look far into the future, to extract information from any field, to highlight the smallest details of objects and phenomena, due to the need to relate to an exclusive thinking model.

In fact, the whole world benefits from a discoverer, because he argues in favor of approaching an experimental creation method that he wants shared through his success story. Or, as I like to believe, a successful story is the novel of a creation in which a new universe is born, a world with strong real-action adventure features.

The method of forming an open mind which cannot live in the present, but constantly "runs" towards the future, has the prime characteristic of flexibility, i.e. the possibility of adapting to each and every plan of investment in the knowledge production system. A system that aims to optimize individual functioning through a proper maintenance of research. Everything the leader invests in his scientific work comes to the aid of the vision he proposes for change.

As a leader, you can provide a permanent connection between the contributions to the advancement of science and the payment obligations to the budget of leadership, whose income used in practice is moving towards "Private", i.e. to your area of interest, only if you try to give knowledge a new orientation. And the result of this orientation depends only on usefulness and knowledge of those "How?" and "Why?" fundamental to the creation’s form of control, that arouse your intellectual curiosity.

Can you provide a permanent connection between the contributions to the progress of science and payment obligations to the budget of leadership, as a way to search for answers to questions that trigger intellectual curiosity?

The budget of leadership includes not only the deep convictions of man, but also all those arbitrary contrivances of his mind that rationally and systematically analyze the so-called areas of inspiration, very disputed between the candidates to the trophy of excellence, approved or disapproved as an attempt to prevent decline.

Only a profound motivation can give meaning to your evolution, by trying to give knowledge a new orientation. This can be achieved by using the discoveries of other professionals in the area. Leadership, fueled by the knowledge of the essential changes that take place in the orientation and structure of science itself that you cultivate, can be studied and contextualized only together with the tendency of receiving and following others’ way of thinking, without succumbing to their demands.

In this case, the units of leadership are given by that solid knowledge acquired from the account of the creative and research experiences that answers the fundamental questions of nature: "How?" and "Why?". They play the role of prerequisites in applying transformational leadership, characterized mainly by the existence of the unique vision over development directions.
