The Great Secret (II)
Expand your searches to discover the key elements that determine your knowledge, without straying from your own real identity.
Of course. We aspire to a knowledge of pure nonexistence, which could have ended before reaching the high peaks of maturity. It was more of a fumble in a perpetual roundabout, at points reaching discordant notes that crowded and created a cluster of braided light beams, imprecise meanings and subtexts that baffled my mind. Often forcing me to start everything all over again, same as those people that while trying their best to control what they transmit to others, get suddenly lost in a haze, and are forced to change their approach.
But, at the same time, with the revelation of the mysteries that the not fully substantiated knowledge, placed in the context of a sophisticated process of innovation, would recognize them as defining elements for the existence of the secret, giving everything an unreal meaning. Everything seemed upside down in a tangled underground, clogged by insignificant, invisible little parts, of shapes and shadows of different intensities. An underground of a darkening of a broad spectrum of visions and values.
The Great Secret was drawing away from the essence which it symbolized, the more I approached it. I could not explain the phenomenon itself, up to this day remaining largely unresolved. The concentration of pure essence, given by the equation of the double representation of the elements that tied the possible to the impossible, would split in half if the freshly conquered territory of the secret was not to be stabilized. And I was, quite obviously, lured by the call of the new, of sensationalism.
Do you get defensive in what regards a separation from yourself when completing knowledge and crystallizing a particular structure of understanding a surprising mystery has as a symptom your enclosing in a private “hell”?
The Great Secret consisted most importantly of the impressive intensity of the relationships that united different points and forces of interaction, of attraction or rejection, predominant in the construction of new products of reaction. New truths, new values, new meanings, new questions, in a form finely divided, on account of some incomplete and inaccurate findings that seemed to avoid a plausible and logical explanation. New symbols that The Great Secret exploited in order to send a message, or part of a message without a time limit.
As detective Auguste Dupin used to say: "An identification of the thinker’s intellect, with that of his opponent." I and the Great Secret. I was responsible for the panoply of means that knowledge was providing for the concepts behind the type of configuration behind the secret, which did not meet my expectations completely. Instinctively, inside of me dwelled a hidden pride, a dangerous desire that, however, would not prepare me for the terrible shock.
But no mystery can be elucidated without a self-sacrifice that goes so far as to give up your own prejudices, allowing yourself to be invaded by increasingly more intense and harder to manage emotions. Like that man who isolated himself in front of a world he could not change, I risked finding myself, unthinkingly, in that circle of contradictions that prevented me from taking a glimpse of the true clearing of my own identity.
A separation from myself was the consequence of finding out the truth behind the secret, because not all freedom releases you, because the most intense efforts exhaust you and bring you closer to the thoughts that give you feelings of worry or fear. The great secret is also the force that demands you the most intellectually and emotionally in a context of experiences that are hard to overlook, making you become the slave of your own vanity, the prisoner of your own pains during creation.
Can you withstand a check given by your own becoming that makes you not know exactly who you are, where you came from and where you are heading when your excess of intelligence exceeds a certain limit?
Are you lured by the call of novelty, of sensationalism? Do you give signs of wandering in a perpetual roundabout? Does everything take on a surreal sense? Do you feel like you’re getting lost in a dark underground? Are you at risk of finding yourself, unthinkably, in a circle of contradictions?
The great secret pushes you violently into a context of defending your own identity that finds itself forced to make an important choice: either to be left anchored in a lawless territory, specific to a creative mind, or immerse in lack of care or, God forbid, in all kinds of vices, turning itself into a contempt for life from a natural exercise of wisdom. Here leadership is done by giving up any claim for damages resulting from injury to one’s own integrity and individual performance.
One of the methods used to correct eventual defects or abnormalities, minor or major, of leadership is to change the type of configuration of your knowledge, boldly depicting a new order in the relationship between limitation and excess. Following which changing the strategy of achieving performance would not force the achievement of a high level no matter the cost.
The science of a secrets handler must constitute the moment of a strain of mind to discover new possibilities and connections between different information, under no circumstances must it impair the ability of an experience to give doubts to the significance of existence.
In order for leadership to gain a competitive advantage over other models of leadership, thanks to the knowledge you embrace, you must show that you can hold your own becoming "in check". Which means to limit your access to the knowledge that is not consistent with the performance criteria, in defense of your own identity.
Do not stray away from the essence, as you approach the intersection with the opposites of intellectual matter. At this intersection you are not allowed to stop, but to give priority to the movement of frameworks, from "dark" to "light", namely to detach yourself from that whirlwind of disordered yet lateral thinking, that seems to keep following you and keeps holding you back.
Do you attribute to yourself a knowledge that does not deal with the relationships between cause and effect, taking into account the superiority achieved through the idea of stimulating the mind to achieve great things?
To explain the difference between leadership and knowledge, in the sense that the negative effect of their combination can be counter to the desired goal – achieving excellence, without taking into account the multiplicity of concrete determinations in the real chaining of some ideas or innovative changes, we must first take into account any potentially successful move that could help achieve superiority in personal development.
Such a move would mean placing knowledge in the context of an innovation process, without straying away from the essence of durability and stability that can help you get the desired result. Of course, you have to be extremely sensitive and cautious to the wave of visions that go beyond the threshold of imagination, so beyond what the possible and the natural can indulge. Otherwise you risk finding yourself, unthinkably, in that circle of contradictions that prevent you from taking a glimpse of the real clearing of your own identity.
Creation is a great thing, like a secret you find it hard to tell. Attributing to yourself a knowledge that does not deal with the relationships between cause and effect, thus one that could seriously jeopardize the positive effect of your evolution, but also the effect of your own option concerning the way in which you understood sustaining your points of view, can be considered not only a loss of tempo, but rather the prime factor that leads to failure.
If you don’t want the leadership to deteriorate, then expand your searches in order to discover the key elements that determine your knowledge, without straying from your own real identity. Elements such as vision and unitary approach, imagination, fantasy, artistic means, the realities of the mind, the conception that presides over the construction of the image, can very well be applied in a variety of reconstructions and interpretations that bring to light a new concept of leadership.
Leadership is the science you acquire to show everything about yourself and your realities, different than in a traditional way, that the meaning you give to your creation is that of “perfection” or of “high elitist culture”.
The Great Secret consists of completing your path towards excellence in leadership, without straying from the terminus point that you set for yourself. It means not to wander on paths through the thicket of collateral paths that could stray you from yourself and your self-set goal, fully consistent with who you are and with those you represent.
