It is greatness born out of the thunder of the heart which, striking the great transformer of consciousness, produces a certain form of energy that gives value to your own being.

What history calls us to evoke those facts, words, events that turned men into history of a nation, sparking the interest of a large circle of followers of leadership for the thorough and systematic study of the major variables through which the immediate or enlarged environment influences the evolution of personality, is not aimed at chance, pure accident, but at individual merits.

It is the aftermath of the fight, of heroism, passion, power and dynamic actions, directed towards the future that exists within the very man standing before it, setting a direction that fulfills the legitimate hopes and ambitions of an entire people.

The indicators used in the analysis of that impact variable from the account of the leader’s uniqueness, applied as standards in the practice of science supported by conscience, are: the feeling of personal identity and the measure in which it is perceived by others.

Leadership is a condition of validation of the promise of freedom in the authentic act of offering your life in the name of an inner truth that is revealed only at a certain moment, when you know you have arrived where you need to be and feel compelled to fulfill your destiny.
