Blessed be the day you swore that you will reach your goals. Blessed be the moment when you armed yourself with will, perseverance and hope, in order for you to carry out your plans. But even so, you will never have any guarantee of success in your plans. And here's why:

In the movie « Forever Mine (1999) », the main character, Alan Ripley, falls in love with Ella Brice, the wife of the renowned politician Mark Brice, an extraordinary attractive woman, with a remarkable soul. Mark, a corrupt and nefarious man, finds out about their affair and, out of jealousy and envy, plans Alan's assassination. So said, so done. Only that Alan wasn't killed, but was badly injured – which Mark and his associates didn't' know.

Years passed by. Meanwhile, Alan, with the help of his good friend, Javier, created a new identity and became a successful banker (Manuel Esquema), having business relationships with top-notch people. Finding out about the problems Mark Brice was facing with, for whom he bear a huge hatred on his soul, he decided that this is the most fortunate moment to get revenge. But his desire for revenge, ambition and hope weren't at all the decisive factor for his success. He must surprise his adversary and create for himself as many real opportunities to "score".

The nature of man from the point of view of the decision-making process turns out to be often a falsification of the reasons for why the conditions for significant changes are fulfilled. It is not directly responsible for the peace of mind or the storm of life lived at the highest tension, by accepting the consciousness of realizing an act of duty, but it does have an instinct of survival and creative power.

Nothing gets you closer to success in leadership, rather than the immense power you exert over the others, but especially over you enemies. The slightest indiscretion can lead you to failure. So it becomes imperative that, through the strategies you adopt, you gain time on your side and prove that you're always in control of the situation. this is the power of the dominant game.

A valuable soccer team manages to dominate a game ever since the first half – and it is the only way it can quickly defeat the enemy. Alan had thus proceeded. That's why the power of his influence quickly expanded in Mark Brice's business circle, managing to ruin all his plans and relationships.

The game that Alan played was an unexpected one, based both on intuition and strategy, the same game that great football teams usually play: the defensive game, fought with intelligence, not only with speed, in half of the opposing team. He showed both prudence and ability, managing very well since the first moment he got in touch with Mark Brice and allegedly offered to help him. He didn't let himself become fascinated by his own powers and didn't lost sight of his priority, not even for a single moment.

Leadership: In what position do you find yourself when your nature unleashes without trammels, from the point of view of the necessity to appeal to the reality of the facts that happen because no one asks you to account for them?

When the nature of your being is unleashed in a long line of challenges, trials, adverse effects of influence and manipulation, constituting a violation of the golden rules of consciousness, it means that you have become what you have never wanted to be: an incomprehensible reality from which you can only save yourself by hiding. Or by running away and resisting.

You can't advance and win a match if you hold the ball in your own playing field. I used the story from the movie « Forever Mine » to offer you a vivid picture of a pretty serious leadership law – "The more you keep the ball moving in the opposite playing field, the more pronounced your influence will be ."

The best leaders know that the only way to maintain and expand their power of influence is to dominate any "match" as long as possible. And when I say leadership, I don't refer only to sports and to the business environment, but to all fields of activity, because there is and it will always be a real competition.

Reality is always preferable: you can't be in an advantageous position if you play in retreat, just as a football team can't win any match if it only keeps the ball in its own playing field. You must advance into the middle of the game and create opportunities for you to score.

The question is the following: when you advance into the adversary field, do you find yourself in a position of deviation from the essence of your own consciousness or in a position of constructing intelligence?

The true value of leadership is achieved when you no longer have to demonstrate that you are strong enough to give a real picture of the explosion of intelligence.

For your leadership to have value, you must have a dominant influence over other people. Or, in other words, it means "to keep the ball in the opposite playing field as long as possible". And the supremacy in leadership means winning as many possible matches against as many possible opponents. It's hard to do that and it is quite dangerous sometimes.

In leadership, you must learn to know your opponents and you potential enemies, because you will always have them, too, not only friends and supporters. This is possible only through a careful observation of those around you, who you always interrelate with. Vigilance will keep you out of trouble.

Before being in line with the science of leadership, ask yourself the following question:

Do you understand the purpose you seek to achieve from the point of view of the need to favour an intellectual position that can not give you protection emotionally?

The Law Of Dominance refers to your ability to keep your enemies in "check" before giving them a decisive "check mate". But without altering your true nature, your nature and human qualities that make other people appreciate, enjoy and admire you.
