Leadership must find such a huge echo in your soul, that it radiates an intense glow around you.

In 1971, someone claimed firmly: "John Lennon never fails." Edison Arantes do Nascimento’s football coach never worried: "Pele will surely score a goal in the first half." It is a well-known fact that Jim Carey, nowadays considered the best comedian in the world, managed from early childhood to make everyone laugh with great ease, and Christina Aguilera – the little girl with a high voice - started her career in music at the age of nine and was successful beyond all expectations.

Of course, you wonder what all these four different people had in common. Well, they always managed to succeed from the first try. While thousands of musicians practiced for months to compose a single song, John Lennon released an entire album, and almost every song composed and song by him reached the first spot in music charts. Many football players failed to score a single goal during an entire season, while Pele scored in almost every match and even from the first half. Jim Carey did not have to struggle much to make people smile – his nature did it for him, and what can I say about Christina Aguilera – her voice did it all.

In short, all these people who had a crazy success and who continue to overshadow us with their outstanding results and their glow discovered their talent they were gifted with. This is why they manage to connect so easily to the public. They find easy what others find hard. They achieve in a month what others fail to realize in a year. They discovered in time their true potential and learned to use it. And the world loves them for it.

How realistic is leadership in your areas of influence in the context of the accumulation of a set of values and conceptions of the attitudes and actions required by the rules of a ranking in the first position?

As a leader, you must show that leadership is realistic, not subjective, in your s areas of influence. You can say with reason that there is realism in your leadership only if it allows for that knowledge to stand out, that expression of your potential which arises from the act of introspection and self-assessment of your own abilities.

Leadership is an art that expresses your most precious qualities. Your strong character, your efforts and your passions characterize it – it must find such a huge echo in your soul, that it radiates an intense glow around you.

Leadership is not a science based on calculations, analysis and probability, it is not a science that uses methods and techniques, it does not move on qualitative information – but an art, a work of sensibility, taste, style, seeking a certain naturalism that occurs only when you emphasize your highest potential.

Leadership it is closely related to your inner structure and tends to certain objectivity. It is not a logical approach, but a call to that depth of your conscience that says: "Yes" or "No" when you fail to focus well your attention to whom you really are, when you tend to deflect from the perception of reality.

Ranking in the first position is the expression of a constructive attitude to the model of decision that demands a certain habit of functioning in terms of self-determination, of imperative value: fight or give up.

Leadership creates a stable and constant connection between you and other people. If you reject your own inclinations and ambitions, if you do not turn to good account your maximum potential, if you talents do not stand out, you will fail to build relationships with other people.

You will never be able to master the art of leadership, you will never feel fully happy and fulfilled if you do not try to discover what makes your potential "tick", if you do not discover in which field you excel. What do you do best? What makes your potential "tick"?

The potential of your activity sphere is like a mirror: the way you look and show your results reveals that power of passion for improving performance.

What Mark Fisher, the author of the famous work "The Instant Millionaire", said is very true: "Successful people are driven by the passion in their hearts. They are romantics, whether it is art or business. They join the action because of the joy they feel for what they do and because of their desire to discover new products or services, to take new risks, to face new challenges."

This is The Leaders’ Secret: they do exactly what they know best and therefore they easily establish links with others. John Lennon, Pele, Jim Carey, Christina Aguilera confirm this truth. Does your leadership have an effect of "glow"?

The art of leadership begins with the identification of what you want to achieve as a result of your involvement in a certain activity and is continued with increasing the potential value for success.

To become a leader in a certain field, consider only the thing that you do best. If you are talented in a certain direction, then your leadership will not encounter too many difficulties.

How can you produce an intense "glow" around your leadership? Do you have a particular talent? Discover it and use it to the maximum – this is the secret in leadership.
