The Magician (vi)
Look out to penetrate deeper into the minds and hearts of the people, for your leadership to get higher quality valences.
My sister thought of me as a magician. She hoped that one day I will achieve a true miracle or something like that. Only she knew how obsessive I hid my secrets, just how sacredly I kept them only for me, just how seriously I approached them. She knew that I acquired the awareness of a new reality and that I learned to use unexceptionably of those hidden forces of the universe to show to the world unsuspected aspects.
The magic seemed to me challenging, had a particularly effect, an amazing power of persuasion. It was not limited to a certain perspective; I could any time give it a special interpretation, metaphorical, esoteric, more nuanced and richer in meaning. It was like a game of logic, cleverness and hard action, although at first glance seemed simple. It was like a domino game that uses multiple sets of pieces, you arrange them in a certain order and succession, and once an item drops and the other ones collapse one after another.
Magic cause chain reactions, may generate controllable or uncontrollable results. You must be a professional, you need to master well its constituent elements so you can achieve and distribute the best defined illusions and tricks.
Is the promotion of your image aimed at an audience capable of distinguishing the background, with the intention of indirectly stimulating interest and demand for new personal "production"?
In the dusk of the hall in the middle of the stage, the show reached its climax. The girl was lying on a table about four feet. He was not scared, but had emotions, and the emotions were influenced by the close presence of the magician who gloated over her trying to bring her in a state of relaxation and confidence. She was troubled by the air of quiet mystery. It seemed that the magician looks at her in some way, as he had wanted to reveal something, a powerful secret, a part of his mystery.
This exchange of glances continued a time. A look with no smile, but hypnotic, one to the other. And, suddenly, everything was bathing in the dark. It was as a separate entity established somehow its residence in her brain and led her to think that she dreams. Her obvious obligation was to accept the dream, just as accepting the fact that she was born. She felt like in the center of a moving circle, which grew on forever, always moving away. All around was like a beautiful song that sounded clear and sweet that you listen again and again until it engulfs your mind and soul.
True resonance occurs when you manage expectations through lucid vision, anchoring them to a coherent image of lived experience.
The girl was under the power of magical forces, of the magician's work, unable to act according to her will. His seemingly supernatural power once again said its word. He was a matchless master of persuasion, of mysteries and ambiguities, of suspense and of the actions dosage in crescendo, of improvisation and metamorphosis.
I think it is unnecessary to add that at the end of that beautiful magic number, the audience was deeply impressed by his performance. The target that distinguished from the background has been the subject of interest that people have sought, the total dose of the theatricality brought about by the growth of suspense and unpredictability, the ability to hide details in the secondary windows of the scene.
The production the magician puts to stage is an artistic work that best defines the concept of "visual representation" of succession of symbols and experiences that produce effects in the consciousness of spectators. While complex transformations, hallucinatory effects or moments of revelation are elements that ensure the interaction between different identities, an interaction in which no one can be certain of the reality of others.
People say "Yes" to your reality?
Can you give your leadership an interpretation that powerfully shapes your identity, knowing that the authenticity of the assumed role carries more weight than any staging?
A true leader is like a magician: manages to create an atmosphere where people will say "Yes", in which they comply with his laws and principles, and to approve unanimously his influence. A competent leader has the environment and the tools in succeeding to carry out the ideas, tasks and plans. His "show" touches the climax only when he manages to control people's emotions and feelings, making them feel at ease.
We all think in terms of emotions and feelings. Our mind always relates to what we feel towards a person, compared to one thing or the circumstances in which we are found. What we think and how we react in a given situation depends on what is in our soul, depends on how we perceive the world around. If we feel safe, our mind will create to us a positive image and will signal that everything is okay, will create a state of good feeling, of recreation and amplitude.
Just as flowers need nutrients to grow and to withstand the weather - so people need a good vacant mood to be effective. Can you pass to them that mental and emotional state of good? Can you transmit to them that state of complete safety and control?
Leadership: Can you play your role to the hilt, knowing that true power comes not from controlling perception, but from staying true to your vision?
If you want people to say "Yes" to your reality and to accept it fully, you must penetrate into their consciousness, to change their perceptions and behavior, attitudes, expectations, emotions, thoughts, and to open new horizons to them. You can advise them to accept you in their universe, only if you have an amazing power of persuasion. Look out to penetrate deeper into their mind and soul, for your leadership to get higher quality valences.
People are like flowers, if you do not pay attention to them, they will not "flourish" and will never come to "fruition". You must be a professional; you must control well the constitutive elements of your leadership that you can get the best performance.
The best leaders achieve true miracles under the power of a "magical force". The faith in their potential gives them power. They are not limited to a certain perspective, but always confer to their leadership a special interpretation, more nuanced and richer in meaning. In this lies their magic.
Being a skillful magician means to propose to yourself the assumption of hidden meanings to which people have access only by memorizing those unique moments of illusionism that continue to exist even after the show has ended.
All seemingly are related to a miracle, but the miracle often scares. If people feel trapped in a hostile environment that does not agree with them, if they feel that the role you play is null of sincerity, depth and intensity, it means that your leadership is worthless. If you do not manage to enthuse them, to motivate them to participate in your "game", then definitively give up the "show", because you may risk being labeled as a master of disinformation.
Concluzie: Leadership is made up of dominoes, where one wrong move or one unstable "piece" can cause a chain reaction. If the results you get are not favorable to you and other people, or if your vision is not compatible with theirs, or if your attitude is wrong, then everything you've built can collapse piece by piece.
