I was only present in my research activity to see everything from a different perspective, to show everything and say everything, even if everything was explained through the direction given by the most hidden of thoughts, by deep reflections, magnificent, which I generated in moments of maximum lucidity. To rebuild reality by inventing principles with which I would try to explain everything would have been the equivalent of trying to turn myself into a magician who combines illusionism and comedy into a show designed to astonish even the most untrusting of guests. Something motivates me, however, to take on this challenge.

An important part of me, in which imagination had no limits and for which the tendency towards a unity between all-encompassing and bordered would become a sort of congruence of views, a rhythmicity of feelings, masks, and roles overlapped in different directions, insistently asked me to pass on everything I gathered in meanings. And to share with everyone the most spectacular journeys of my mind through difficult paths of science.

But leadership is always double-edged, it is promoted only through evidence of force, through the precious fruits of individuals endowed with special graces. And to keep everything you’ve gathered with toil and the sweat of voluntary labor, entering the vein of a feverish thinking, synchronizing with a progressive evolution, irreversible, continuous, which eventually leads to protecting the unity between idea and matter, is a general attribute of the art of knowing and preventing the phenomenon of "falling."

Do you continue to contribute, more rigorously and more victoriously, to achieving the unity between the essence of denying and accepting the all-encompassing, alluding to a phenomenon that has not happened before?

Try to remember at the end of H.G. Wells’ "The Invisible Man", who is it that becomes the most complex hero the story gives us? It is the very man who discovers the great treasure, the core of a secret knowledge.

This man leans back in his chair and starts reading the manuscript full of strange formulas. His eyes suddenly move to lands unable to be seen by other eyes. These scraps are full of mysteries ! If I could catch their thread, if I could understand them ! And slowly, he allows himself to be entangled in a dream – the eternal, beautiful dream of reality. No human being, except him, knows that the manuscripts capture within their files the subtle secret of the transparency of the human body and a myriad of other strange secrets. And no one will know this, as long as he is alive.

Leadership was for me the expression of trying to answer a question of the soul: when will I heal myself from the need to know everything about what no one sees or understands? But the man who finds himself at the border between saying everything bluntly and keeping to himself only the fruits of his intellectual efforts, risks to completely take refuge in a parallel world, falling prey to a fairytale land called "love for everything that can be mastered."

Is the pride that seems to dominate you all the time related to the need to belong to a totality of all that exists, to a coincidence of opposites, through the power to be omnipresent in every detail of the surrounding reality?

His affection turns to permanently moving forces, to those complicated scientific formulas, secret information, in an activity of constant transfiguration for conquering a single ideal: the ideal of living for a great cause, or together with it. For this reason, the motivational dimension of the leadership in which I believed, recognizing the primordial role of deducting various conclusions from the premise of the interpretation of some unpredictable phenomena constituted as a determinant of correlation between what surrounded me and what made me feel untouchable, incomprehensible, impenetrable and uncontrollable.

The pride that seemed to dominate me at all times was connected with the need to belong to a totality of everything that exists, of a coincidence of contradictions, of placing all my actions on the back of a mysterious, out-of-the-ordinary being supposedly aware of everything mainly because of the superiority demonstrated by the psychology of creation, by mastering an orchestration of events through the power of being omnipresent.

Can you explore the inner side of your personality through the prism of everything that happens in your life and around you, to finally be the measure of your own creation that is approaching what is called “perfection”?

A dominant position towards life and surrounding things is achieved by developing the relationship between observing reality, facts, and the world in contact with an alchemy of ideas categorized as a response to the practice of logical, concrete and creative thinking. That is why it is good to judge such a man through the lens of a leadership that creates characters outlined precisely, with art, with fine lines, with heights lifted high enough towards other levels, with a well-articulated identity, in the continual dynamic of the struggle for originality, because in this way, man discovers that he is different.

And this difference falls within a discipline of dominating through value, worthy of envy, always devised through a grand purpose: through an amazing development of a teaching that has never been heard before, aiming at the development of the unity between idea and matter. The perfection of an accomplished personality from the point of view of the act of creation lies in the ability to establish correspondences between things, elements and facts, in order to engage in prospective thinking.

Let us try and express the inner state of this man, of this soul chose by science for the great makings of the world, in a single light of leadership, calling him a "defender of true knowledge, of the intelligence behind great scientific discoveries". We will meet a universe in which the main certainty is not death, but the transformation of matter, a universe in which many gestures take places, reactions, discrete actions that cannot be noticed by just anyone, in which you are miraculously connected to all the elements of an unthinkable reality.

The sense of belonging to a totality of existence derives from the ability to harmonize opposites and master events.

Thus, we are permitted to owe this man not only a profound respect for his attempt to carry out the full force of his intelligence in order to reach a destination that many cannot see, but especially an invaluable admiration for his attempt at fighting for a different rigor, the reason where science and progress will lead to the manifestation of the "divine" man.

If we view leadership through a positive promotion of the archetypal supreme image of the divine man, if we allow the scientist to rise far above all of his other peers through his very casting into the turmoil of the all-encompassing, then we will be able to adhere to all the adventures of the characters of the books we live in, in the undying essence of an existence of a supreme complexity and richness. And, therefore, we will be able to capture the characteristic figure of a new world.

The all-encompassing is a storage medium for information and access to a newly created being subjected to a reality fully revealed in the description of a world whose fundamental dominance is self-transcendence.

Can you overcome the limits of your own being by going beyond the limit of experimental, perceptible knowledge?

The Motivational Dimension Of Leadership, from the perspective of the scientist, includes features such as culture, curiosity, subtlety (the wise routing of information), power, affirmation, all of these working for the benefit of a achieving a complex and dominating identity.

The highest leadership is a version of the researcher who has as an ideal of existence a cultivation and capitalization of the essence of his own forces, through a vision of accepting the all-encompassing, through a better awareness of the necessity of accepting a special identity, through a conscious assumption of the supreme role of a "divine man". Such a man maximized and maintains his exceptional traits through a myriad of strange secrets.

And no one will know these secrets, as long as he is alive. Or, rather, as long as his existence will be challenged.
