The concept of leadership reflects the human quality that takes the cloak of renewal, of the man as a harmonious and balanced unity. Just as the doctor does not treat the patient’s pain until he does not find its source of origin, so your actions cannot be successfully completed, until the knowledge, understanding and the mature thinking does not direct their "votes" towards a deep investigation of the human being’s aspects.
If you do not become by yourself: first, a defendant, then a lawyer, then your own judge that would pronounce the cruel and irreversible sentence "Coupable ou non coupable" you will fall in the deep abyss of human decay.
Resignation is a manifestation of deep emotion that arises as a result of man’s tendency to accept his fate determined by his moralizing side.
As a request for the revision of a preliminary decision submitted by a subtle and very powerful court, the leadership (targeted by your conscience, by the strength of your character, by your responsibility towards society and man) can take over the statute of a "judge" through a thorough examination of those vulnerabilities or irregularities which make you improper with the quality of a human model. Nevertheless, he must not be decided before the new configuration of your personality is fixed.
Moreover, this attempt to raise your leadership to the rank of a judge that is known how difficult it is, does not need to tilt in the opposite direction of your Ego.
The joy of victory without humiliating, without stopping the condition of man to build his own destiny, is a struggle on behalf of the right to life that demands a solid spiritual strengthening, carried on the plan of a reality which can save little by little, its most sensitive side: the concept of non-duality.
Have you become the central protagonist of a chaotic cumulation of laws, preconceptions, whose contours you cannot define? Is your leadership reduced to a cold and sad convention, which provides reducing the "man" into a slave, a passive member of the society?
