Eisenstein’s vision is hallucinating and overwhelming. Just like thinking. In his movies, he often uses visual images. Shapeless. With sound. Synchronized or not synchronized. Either sound images, objectively pictured sounds... A passionate discontinuous speech. Nothing else than nouns. Or only verbs. Then interjections. With zigzags, meaningless forms spinning in synch with them. Visual images in a hurry, over a complete silence. Then chained with polyphonic sounds. Then polyphonic images. Then both together. Then interlaced in the exterior development of action, then the interlaced elements of the exterior action introduced in the inner monologue.
The great director Eisenstein admits that James Joyce’s literature seems bizarre for the "ordinary reader", because the writer breaks the fundamental patterns of literature. That is the reason why he thought he should do the same thing with respect to films. Of course, Joyce understood him. Although almost completely blind, he wishes to see the fragments from the movies "Potemkin" and "October".
Discussions with Eisenstein impress Joyce so much; he will confess to a friend that if ever "Ulysses" should be turned into a movie, he sees only two people able to do it: W. Ruttman or Eisenstein. *

The performance and impact of creation are given by what I understand through the notion of "reorganizing thinking". A way to grow personal value by using some specific methods to stimulate creativity. Respectively, a restructuring process of scientific knowledge and existent methodologies, necessary for a better understanding and quantification of functional relations between the percentage of combining some multiple creation variables and their possibility to arrange themselves in a certain independent way, in relation with an authority outside your own thinking.
Their impact and effects over your own material of building a perspective and a visual story, either through what they represent, either by the technical means used, are the main cards of the valuable growing results of personal creation.
But here leadership can suffer a certain deformity, a development "anomaly" because creation manifests itself from the outside in, but only while differentiating the identity acquired in advance. In this case, your professional achievement doesn’t follow that clear, precise line, set in advance. But an irregular, sinuous line with peaks and valleys, with different density levels.
A reorganizing thinking that aims to reflect as accurately as possible the presence of a uniqueness in the subject matter and means of expression is a relationship between man and his surroundings, a succession of operations that lead to the revelation of some important aspects of reality, the possibility of seeing the truth and objectively tackling certain things. But sometimes, these involve a distraction, a turbulence in the remarkable force of suggestion of the expression placed between reality and story.
Can your leadership extend towards something more value, using the proportions of resources in relation with resources from the relation with an exterior authority?

The artist-leader is more decided to leave his mark on the entire register of his creation experience, only if the journey of his line is the result of an understanding coordinated by a complexity of factors that break the patterns of a doctrine, which accentuates only positive changes in the structure of his science.
Leadership can’t expand towards a plus of value, by using the proportions of resources offered by the relationship with an exterior authority, if the creation is accomplished by an excessive deformation of the essential you included in the coordinates of your science. Be careful from whom you draw inspiration, be careful what elements you take over from a superior authority, so that your creation doesn’t transform in a product of variables that can’t be kept under control.
Regarding technical direction, editing and the thematic of the script, a higher authority is a plenary display of a well-articulated thinking in the use of practical information, in ways permitted a certain set of circumstances that subsequently become true story frames.
