In terms of building leadership that is in direct contact with the fertile ground for the transmission of theoretical and practical knowledge, we are often dealing with a relatively significant change of emphasis regarding the act and rationality of Creation. And here we are dealing with a new fusion between the subject and the background, meaning that what you want to highlight must have an impact at the level of vision, but it must also have resonance at the level of reception, approach and use of the means of achieving the interpretive and improvised creation.

The construction of a creation is based on continuous searches of new horizons, new arrangements and new supports of achieving objectives of individual performance. Here it must be considered the search of expressions of intellectuality (which ennobles the work of an artist) and their suggestion through both technique and the conceptual.

“Think Back” is the testimony of a fight that you fought long ago, with gathering and finding associative formulas for presenting and promoting art. Finding evidence that attests to the veracity of an art requires sustained efforts and thorough documentation, but the results are worth it.

The content of a creation is crystallized by numerous erasures, additions and modifications that prove a placement in the context of the passion of an initiatory, tumultuous and fruitful journey.

A work is often made from momentary improvisations and those of the addressed themes, in the process of identifying the significant elements that must be transmitted through the message. In fact, creation is based on a continuous back and forth between feelings, thoughts, emotions, ideas, connections, interpretations of "I want, I don’t want" that twist around each other. Everything is part of the process of establishing new approaches and views on the implementation of a new version of "product."

In a sense, the view of the artist leader, which starts from the premise that the only way he can understand and support art is by seeing beyond the prejudices built over time, corresponds with the initiatives to improve the processes of producing creation.

Because you cannot make a mix and give stability to the forms of founding a science, rich in elements of a technical culture, essential to the proper functioning of the court authority to others, unless you give priority to searches of montage of all "content" components.

Does your increase of authority in the sphere of creation imply new means of building fundamentals and concepts following the path of frequent concerns about your potentiality and your needs for knowledge and action?

The analysis of the concept of authority in the sphere of creation, but also the promotion of art of a particular and elevated resonance that establishes new forms of expression, crystallizes within the consciousness of the maker a certain formula of composition, an amount of errors called values, a new forming of the means of building fundamentals and concepts of major interest.

The priorities given to the means of creating and managing creation, in scientific representations, become more a matter of possibility rather than will. Two realities are present in the sphere of priorities: the reviewing of ideals and the renewal of all elements of knowledge, on the one hand, and the forms of learning and evaluation process on the other. And finding successful new benchmarks that outline the specifics of a particular professional role. That’s only if you consider art as an expression of individual value.

Being a director means discovering a new way of expressing one's emotions through a creative way in which any combination of notions and realities is allowed.
