How is it unidentifiable? Excuse my language, my friend, but I cannot answer that question. It is an extension of a well preserved secret existential, the kingdom of my inner world, the effect of a body made invisible, rich in meanings, located in coordinates from minimum to maximum, according to the rules of a synthesis type permutation in an irregular time intervals. The secret is a form of identifying yourself in a fundamental way with your differentiating character, projecting a certain superiority over others – to know something that nobody knows – the dynamics of a new cycle of access to a philosophy of individuality.

But does this individuality tip the scales towards an upward or downward evolution – in relative isolation that separates you from the risks involved by a new repositioning towards others? For the enhancement of a unique identity through an intellectual work supported and conscientious, reveals a picture residing in the deep intellectual universe, a prerequisite of how you perceive a side of yourself that can only be addressed on an equal footing – only in terms of superiority.

Here leadership does not enjoy the exemplary status of a privileged "vehicle" that satisfies the conditions laid by erudition and deep understanding of things, streamlining and facilitating the transmission of a push forward toward new discoveries, to break the boundaries that are increasingly more inaccessible. But faced with a unidirectional approach.

The secret aims at completing the image of a special suggestive destination that proves an original optic of an "old" world in new conditions, metamorphizing, of authentic living, split from the search of what is beyond the appearance of things or what is not in your immanent world.

An outcome of how "the secret" is build, as part of an experimental leadership, can be determined when you measure your productivity and intellectual performance with the level of understanding and perception of neophytes when implementing a new development direction.

Such a model of leadership processes higher frequency information, combines all elements of perspective in a harmony of a customized view. Or, rather, processes and puts the whole experience in the service of creating and promoting an almost virtual entity, even if it extends to personal "face to face" communication, it cannot shape the world based on a vision.

The Phenomenology of the Secret expresses the aspiration of perfection whose ineradicable symbol remains the unique edifice of professional credibility. Secret relentlessly denounces that "something else" as a term of a deeper understanding, but it cannot respond before a "court of appeal" when it is subject to validation of critical judgment. And leadership is addressed only through a form of mutual understanding.

How can you keep track of thoughts and ideas that mix in a deep and dark vortex, without wasting them in a kind of spotlight, without you yourself doubting them? But more importantly, how can they safeguard the future of this art called leadership?
