When Llewelyn Moss had to leave the hospital, when those terrible words of the assassin who was on his tracks, echoed in his ears, the generous offer, carefully selected "You bring the money and I’ll kill only you, but I will leave your wife alive ! " he understood the terrible sentence.

Two poets of the willful reason, two enthusiasts of the action, qui vont et viennent. A poet, who never got to complete his creation called "life". And, a poet, who has just delayed a little the tragedy called "death". *
Do you represent nothing more than a random factor at the end of a transition from the denial of integrity to one of generating a unique profit in the dialogue between what "simply happened" and what "was not supposed to happen"?
The changes of direction, and all the metamorphoses that are done within you, are the fruit of a lifetime lived under the sign of the essential? Do you ensure the full exploitation of that gem - superiority towards other people of the same caliber? Can you, at least try, or even consider an alternative? Or, you accept to be the protagonist of a deceptive lust of imagination, of the emotions and feelings of the moment, risky, which may end up at any time?
Your ability to become another person depends on how you react to your own change, which in its turn has its roots in the structuring mode of your personality.
It is obvious that on the stage of everyday life, you will meet all sorts of twists and unexpected events, many of which are not to your advantage. Extreme situations when the model of your personality will be unmasked by itself like a straw man, which responds to the command of an external will, not an internal one, so reporting himself to some influences alien of his true essence. Furthermore, if this latter statute is very prominent, the leadership, just like the marble, may lose its glossy finish and its normal protection.
In this case, it is about a prominent figure model, which presents difficulties of assembling the components that participate in the implementation of a principle of finality, unique and essential. That operating principle of the "Human" within you, which combines two fundamental properties: self-renewal of the reason of "to be" and abandoning the idea of supremacy (the idea of owning something more important than others, to see you ruling over all ).
A parallel relationship for long periods of time that underlies the functioning mechanism of a genuine leadership. An evolved psychological war that goes behind the scenes of your own existence.
Are you able to assume a supremacy that starts with what you are capable of facing and ends with what you can accomplish by giving up?
There are evident these ups and downs who do good. Your reaction towards the transition from A to Z, by an increasing of the immunity towards the desire for supremacy, with the involvement of a reason, which calmly put order into actions and effects, could motivate you to put yourself in the service of people, through a noble goal, through great things. Therefore, exposing yourself, accepting an identity that would assure the continuity of life, finding some common ground with other people, sufficiently reliable, thereby, becomes particularly useful for maintaining a lasting leadership.
Jules Verne knew what he says when he concluded: "To acquire the engine that gives spectacular results, to ensure it to yourself its exclusive exploitation, this is the deal that must be made."
"The engine" that provides full functionality of your leadership, and that can offer spectacular results, is given by the relation YOU and THEM. A tendency towards reciprocity that must be maintained in the long term. A business that is developing in the pace of the reason of "to be" and which can help you get to the desired level of perfection, only if you can resist the changes imposed by the events of your life.
A leader never rolls the dice when he is unable to decide between two possibilities: to live or die, but to face them both with stoicism as if he should win a well-earned prize called: "The Master of Destiny".
The poem of the man who seeks his end marks that attitude of accepting who you are when you depend on surrounding events, without knowing how to make use of them for building around them your own strong identity. Or, conversely, using them arbitrarily in order to impose your superiority.
If you want to achieve excellence, abandon the position of supremacy, at that "who on who" you or others. Otherwise, you will disintegrate by yourself in a war of attrition, in which there will be no winners or losers. But only a transition from one state to another in the way to a more agitated life, in which you will miss its real joys, values and meanings.
