Engage on the spiritual front, in the act of reforming the self, in order to find the optimum balance between reason and emotion.

The fickle hand hurries things. How to stay away from its destructive effects? The muffled sounds of fatality make themselves heard, accompanied by truly apocalyptic clouds which reflect on the mind’s dense fog. On the unwillingness to accept the great enigma. Something eludes lieutenant Boyle, something incomprehensible, he doesn’t understand the connection between all these.

When his right hand is caught and pulled downwards by the monstrous force, he instinctively feels the end is near. Worrisome sign. How could this happen? How did Hannibal release himself from the shackles? Confused, Boyle seems to feel blocked. And in an endless humiliation. The quick behavioral reaction can’t be explained at the level of a conscious thinking.

But time lacks patience precisely in the huge moment of punishment. It’s clear that the inherent restlessness, the most disarming dread fueled by the most unsettling suspense, can’t be quenched anymore. It can’t be pulled out of the grip it exerts over the mind. Similar to a fire that transforms anything, this deep restlessness, as if controlled by some powerful cohesion forces, activates nerve centers. It generates the inhibition of will and the action is blocked. The poor man seems to go through a numbness crisis.

What is your mind’s response to the life situations you face by streamlining an “I want to see if I can afford an extra-premium of sensationalism” intervention?

The reflex answer to this strange happening, through a sole deep strike, just like a scalpel, sections any strong connection with balance, with the spiritual front where the mind kept watch. And as the abnormal force propagates more and more in the fundamentally positive perimeter of man, the pressure in the circulatory circuit grows. The peripheral blood vessels start to dilate, determining a rise in temperature and a redness of the skin. Terror fully hit. Straight in the heart, it hit the misfortunate who had the courage to look straight in the eyes of darkness’s messenger, death.

Barely now, when he can no longer cover the psychical crack where the powerful shadows barge in oppressively, unrestrained by any positive thought or good deed, barely now, does man discover itself in his weakness. In his errors, in his perdition. So well does Boyle close in himself, that he can no longer manifest his capacity to exist autonomously. Is as good as dead.

Hannibal Lecter, the character from “Silence of the Lambs” manages with the mastery of a magician to dominate a situation from which no one could escape. On his line of thought is placed not only the simple desire to escape, to evade from a well-deserved punishment, an unexpected move otherwise, but the public expression of a different trait of character, a much more serious one: he is able to oppose the law and to raise the level of performance of a ruthless judge who pronounces with satisfaction and without the right of appeal a death sentence. Everything that is put before him is condemned by a final judgment, as a proof of his cruelty and harshness of character.

He dirties his hands with blood in a gesture of sensationalism to respond to a higher performance condition, estimating the risk corresponding to a certain size of the hazard, thus proving a subsequent knowledge of the events. Sensationalism is not just an act of terrorism, but a vector of performance enhancement regarding the achievement of a meaningful mission: “to be above the passions that sin brings to you”.

Under what conditions do you immerse yourself in the conflicts of your own self, taking as a reference for measuring top-tier intelligence the right not to be subjected to a significant automatic decision?

Along with the concern of ensuring the clean preservation of consciousness, related to other consolidation works for the infrastructure of leadership that has the role to support a man’s identity, regardless any external forces, an interpretation of the reality which can’t be fully explained is necessary. A limited set of actions, with a not exactly predictable finality can be granted to the system of diverse replays in one’s mind, to the decisions taken at a certain time in life.

The expansion perspectives of leadership in the world of tomorrow should also be discussed in light of a different reality that the man can’t control. It is about the voice of reproach that limits your gestures and actions, calling your name in the high sphere of sin to dominate and destroy the lives of others in the interest of a long-running passion whose intensity can give birth to a legend of perfection. Here, peak intelligence gains the meaning of illicit and antisocial de facto, even if it lends itself to the ability to adapt to the environment and difficult situations, seen as a way of doing well in life.

When he sinks in the conflicts of his own Ego, namely when reality doesn’t react to any of the mental orders, man distances himself from his place in leadership. He detaches himself from the personal configuration created according to an accepted model. And thus, he severs from his normal status of "being", like an object from a cheap collection, destined to serve one and the same purpose – to break in the face of the weakest external force and to break. And such an object will never "sell" successfully.

The right not to be subjected to an automatic decision with a significant character belongs to the man who measures his self-awareness through what he is willing to pay for his deeds.

The leader weighs his facts before answering for them, with the specification that the self-image he builds from the momentary revelations of a bright mind must have the dimension of the experience to admit that any mistake can turn against him. Whereas Hannibal was not such a man. For a psychologist like him, deep knowledge of the human being implies rather the decision to subject it to pain, so that its awareness and subjugation are total.

A Romanian writer explained at a certain point: "Man’s entire spiritual drama resides in the terrible suffering generated by shock." People react differently from the perspective of a stringency of thinking, fueled by the deeply rooted lapses and the uncertainties. Shock, the sum of all tension, which can’t be chased away by the essence of resounding with the initial positive moods, thus making a decent neural activity impossible, creates a certain discrepancy in action when it comes to imposed values. That’s why the quick behavioral reaction can no longer be explained at the level of a conscious thinking.

Due to these strong contrasts between states and limiting judgments, felt by man in all their depth, the positive characteristics of his personality are deformed. In order to find balance between the distorted reason and the dysfunctional stages he experiences, man must be involved with all his force on the spiritual front, in the act of reforming the self, from the perspective of a faultless lucidity and accepting a challenge.

Denying or not accepting the situation, an apparent way out, doesn’t do anything else but "freeze" reality, discouraging leadership (which averts emotions from dominating reason) and manifesting itself.

Being in the position of lucidity without defect means developing your ability to free yourself from the pressures of consciousness in order to fulfill the task of being “who you are when no one sees you”.

The Powerful Confrontation Of Man With The Self occurs in critical situations, heavily trying the solidarity of efficient counteracting reactions and of annihilating the causes which created it. The lack of a permanent "training" threatens the capacity to answer quickly by disabling, even if temporarily, the will to act.

Just like a well trained boxer, who is a voluntary subject to trials by participating to various competitions with more and more able opponents, each of us, particularly a leader, has to confront the requirements of a bleak reality. To promptly face any external force meant to have a destabilizing effect.

Going around obstacles, no matter how large they are, isn’t a solution. More likely, a prompt and efficient approach would be a good auspicious action for a leader. Who has to permanently act based on the rule: "well aimed, well hit".
