My evolutionary process towards a superior stage of understanding leadership didn’t simplify things at all. It complicated them more. Constantly making measurements which influenced by their variation the results of research on the world and people, I suddenly found myself trapped in a world of contrasts. Of appearances, of unmasking and revelations that pretended to overcome, to correct or to disturb my convictions. Thus confirming the fact that my true ego was subjective, different from everyone else’s truth.

There were no perfectly isolated walls in this mini-gallery of life and color, of characters and figures and portraits chosen for the study. Sparkling because of so much intelligence and feelings, because of so much conscience and will to live. And the interaction of a system of evolutionary factors randomly distributed on a coherent field of possibilities to understand impact coordinates in contact with a concrete and cruel reality, could only be done by ratios of different forces.

Reality could be supported only by creating balances that didn’t affect the structure of my capacity to perform, to outdo myself and to fulfill research objectives.

But in this equation of my initiation in the fascinating world of the human universe the problem of the planning forms "within self" intervened, beyond any finality. To a certain extent, I represented the inexhaustible fund of knowledge that conditioned my development. But this "Myself" modified by idealizing some moods and aptitudes combined with the hardly maneuverable thinking of the unit called "Themselves" which targeted models such as heroes, kings, artists, scientists, explorers.

We are dealing with an extrapolation that started from one’s own person, using certain presuppositions that I might not have been aware of. And it expanded towards a foreign ambiguous dimension, with a large variety of values and non-values, truths and fakes.

Is the evolution of your leadership conditioned by a real representation of the profiles targeted by the suggestion of an autonomy in the plan of creating an image that lends itself to a conditioning "behind the scene" ?

In a society where people whimsically guide themselves only after their own rules, acting strictly based on the dimension of their code to recompose reality, there is a need for a better involvement in "recruiting" and promoting this common understanding that does not present requirements such as "behind the scene".

In a world of many unknowns, people are seen by me as a result of the research experience of a mentality that only initiates have in a type of philosophy of imaginative perfection. The evolution of leadership requires a deeper and more in depth analysis of performance at an individual level, but that as a whole it is conditioned by a real representation of the profiles targeted by the measure of reality contained in the coordinates of a police intrigue, or in the coordinates of a painting that seeks to overcome even the concept of abstract art. In this case, individuals are seen as rational actors who instrument an entire system of values, built consciously, transmitted continuously especially through interpretations.

And the possibilities to understand the impact coordinates, in contact with a concrete and cruel reality could only be done by ratios of different forces: between their nature and their available base for knowledge. And that the leader must decode and use in order to formulate and issue a valuable judgment.

To launch a new scientific theory on the world, I first had to describe what I saw in the lives of other people and measure the results with the course of my own life. Visible was the significance of reality beyond theory, and measurable was what I succeeded in doing with what I know when I depended on other people’s rules and updates.
