"Wait ! One more thing, I would like you to congratulate our new manager who will hopefully solve things, Mr. Peter Bowland."

Everyone applauds. But, oh, what surprising turn for Laura Quinn ! What a fatality ! What a nightmare ! Unacceptable announcement ! What vain and delusive hope that is not seen, but which vibrates like a huge menacing and prophetic gong, beyond any measure. An unknown force kind of chains it up heavily to the pillory, in a confined, unusual, unconventional space. Rigid and disapproving, yet perfunctory, Laura shakes the hand of the one who was appointed manager in her place.

In this ravishing moment that never ceases to exert overwhelming pressure on Laura Quinn, one of the most memorable, but unbearable, experiences in her life is unveiled. This dignified form of existence whereby countless living cells breathe is changed into a very rigid and shockproof mechanism. A gentle creature, with all the feelings and aspirations that define it, turned into a single, strict, rigorous system, which is full of rules and procedures.

It is the first part of the complete defragmentation of a whole, a much more repulsive and difficult to undertake travel, as a result of a striking decision.

Life consecrated to an aspiration difficult to undertake, the excessive loss of confidence, the immeasurable pain caused by a whole series of frustrations, anger, failures and disappointments bring Laura Quinn to a negative point, awakening dormant napping bursts, an inward unprecedented impetus, the desire for final judgment and revenge on behalf of deeply felt injustice.

Henceforth, intrigue itself is born in a chess game with totally unknown rules. Taking away any freedom of speech, cutting man’s hope for a bright future career, you only stimulate his hidden abilities against you.

Leadership: Can you express your feelings in remembrance of what you were, in contrast to what you have become, without distorting the image and profile of your personality?

If Jean Valjean, Victor Hugo’s character, kept the silver candlesticks to always remember where he started from, Laura Quinn intensifies her endeavors for revenge in the most dangerous possible direction, while keeping at heart the pain of her conversion.

With a demonic seriousness and a truly monumental systematic prudence, Laura Quinn starts to implement her bold plan – wordless revenge, to the detriment of those who have caused her suffering. And so, powerless within range of the undiscovered queen, company's crowned heads begin to fall as pawns, one by one, in a torturing chess game without a draw.

Laura wins the battle. But the new light wherein she sees everything is no longer used as an energy growth promoter, as raw material production promoter for everything that once meant revenge. The new light that bathes her is obstructed by the memory of what it was, in contrast with what it has become. In principle, this poor, hungry inner strength reflects towards the being that reached maturity - by suffering.

As always after a sharp struggle with one’s self, the character becomes a touchstone, a difficult to bear exodus. Leading light in accordance with the requirements of the soul, for the production of positive stimuli is done in this case by a high voltage discharge, through a single flash.

The fog has dissipated, thereby allowing a new rise. Something in Laura’s soul has rekindled. Something inspired her to see beyond those impenetrable walls of marble that she built around her. The result exceeded all expectations: "It's a remarkable world out there..."

Leadership: Are you ready to enter the skin of a character that extends beyond the events that your understanding interprets as painful and meaningless?

Is there an unknown force that chains you up heavily to a pillory? What is the factor that produces it? Can you eliminate those failures of your existence that bring you to a negative point ? Does the desire of final judgment and revenge on behalf of deeply felt injustice burn inside you?

Building a reality equipped with the gear needed for change, with the materials necessary to a certain becoming, giving new guidelines, the promise of fruition through evolution and maturity - is the first step towards deliverance from bankruptcy. This is true for all leaders, no matter who they lead and what they achieve.

Professionally and individually, the counter-blow - actually a pretext to eliminate those responsible for the decisions taken against you - is a contentious issue and may sometimes be founded, as in Laura Quinn’s case in "Flawless " (2007).

The intent to point the finger at one or more causes for poor leadership, the need to open your eyes to a new world where you find yourself, bring you in a position to play an unfailing role in the "movie" that stresses your skills. But this movie highlights the depreciation of your development spine. Slowly, you move away from your own being, from the real aim you need to hit in time.

Here we find one of the strongest stages of Man’s becoming in the manifestation of his being disparagingly treated by another authority, subject to fantastic determination, under the rule of the need to control the adverse factors conditioning its decline, in order to integrate into the world she desires.

This means, in more popular terms, to expand beyond your value frame - to take advantage of the operating space where you have to implement another future, another strategy and a new style of play. This is the first part of the whole defragmentation process that defines you as human, a much more repulsive and difficult to undertake travel, as a result of a striking decision.

Leadership: You are compelled to blame social reality for the effect of your condition, without somewhat prejudicing that intelligence of life contained by the actor’s ability to be fully in control of what he does?

Ovidiu Niculescu said at one point: "The actor is an athlete of emotions and he has to be prepared for everything. Personally, I did not look, maybe I was lucky here too, when I felt strongly in myself that I had to play a role, I played, studied, documented, worked, assumed, excited, transformed, empathized and publicly transmitted my emotions. Sometimes I succeeded, sometimes I did not, but man, and especially the actor, learns as he lives."

Being a leading actor in the dynamics of multiple causality (which mainly determines your conceptions of life, reducing your self-control level) often drives you away from the true meaning of leadership. At the crossroads of two stages, playing with class a repertoire different from everything that really characterizes you is an expensive whim, inspiring fragile future scenarios where you are just a figurant.

The professional speaker, John Euhrman, recognized this flaw: "This is when you slip into a downward spiral. To show what you think power means, you will demonstrate stubbornness and selfishness. But so you will change exactly the process that would have actually changed your mood."

Your natural mood, all that keeps you permanently afloat, will change if the operating space is reduced due to the presence of walls and fences that you consolidate yourself every day. And you stay closed, keeping yourself only for yourself, until maturity - the beginning of true reform - will occur; when, instead of accepting what you were, that new beneficial habitude will get installed.

Does your leadership accept the effect that appear outside of your sphere of retouching life events, without affecting your transition from the role of spectator to that of an actor? Does this transition change to a greater or lesser extent the proximate environment in which you live?

The Prospecting Human’s Disturbing Nightmare highlights that unpredictable personality change and its result, that uncomfortable state of being that allows you to act particularly efficient for a short period of time, followed by a session of self-assessment that can lead to your maturity or degradation as human.

Examine yourself humbly before pointing your finger at others. See who you really are, see if you turn, in turn, into a second grade man. Can you plead "not guilty" at any time?

Your "resurrection", using some raw materials, such as revenge, hatred and punishment against those who did not support your efforts or did not take you for what you are worth, may be fragile. Finally, you can even be the most injured party.

If you want to rise above others and prove your true value, show what you think power means, without slipping into a downward spiral, without being subjected to personal or public opprobrium, namely without chaining up heavily to a pillory.
