The thing that was troubling me more than anything was the mystery. The mystery of any unknown, of any creation, of any existence, of any human being. The force of a fiery call, truly dangerous by the very effect that it produced, and which was opposing any idea inoculated by others. I wanted to pierce the mystery of knowledge and to undeniable accept it, regardless of cost.

Like a brave man, who throws himself into the sea during a storm from an excess of adrenaline, I plunged into researches regarding the existence and the characteristics that defined the mystery. Through the darkest paths of the unknown, I was wandering just to calm my soul, the most coveted desire. The answer to my searches, chaining me with its broad wings around a reality artificially fabricated, did not somehow partake of that states, on which I was better to remain silent?

How much blind I was ! Like someone took my mind. An increasingly violent reaction against the old patterns and prejudices. Was I doing well by continuing to simply spread ideas unchecked by others, to let switched on nonstop the inspirational accelerator, looking for new challenges? For it was a blindness that was not coming from the optical device, but the other one, more terrible, that ask questions, seek answers, which causes the brain to unconsciously absorb all the information just as the sea takes with it the little piles of sand.

Nothing was left behind, but a great void, the science that could not find the reason of being. The blindness, wandering, darkness of mind due to the knowledge accumulation and clarifying the mysteries. As a result, it was woven ceaselessly, without my knowledge, my own identity. One that reflected an image that was not consistent with the reality that I knew, but with the richness of an ineffable mystery, of revelation. Of a confrontation, pretty brutal with something, of which I could not disaccustom.

Leadership: Can you finish the image of a personality predestined towards the enigma to a maximum effect so as to broaden the meaning of the concept of your artistic work?

The magician lived a destiny as tangled as one of the Great Alchemist Bötger who, endeavoring to produce gold discovered on this occasion the porcelain - a thousand times more important. And at one and at the other, the basic idea only made to send a strong inner impulse, a perseverance which excluded any kind of compromise.

It was an essence in him that changed less frequently than it was expected. Leadership: Are you able to create a memorable visual experience by calling on the reason to provide a more advantageous alternative to represent the mystery of a new discovery?

Before trying to conceive an idea about a magician, try to make an accurate assessment of yourself from the perspective of a treasure discoverer that presents his successes in the form of enigmas. You actually prove them that you are capable of provoking the appearance of the object or the designated fact, but at the same time you have to define this miracle. You cannot make a breakthrough without covering it with the thick veil of your creative power.

The show of magic must be a movie about yourself, carried out mostly of the individual characteristics of your structure’s most important elements, which would really surprise you. A movie, which would give identity and meaning to your existence with that dynamic and valuable theme, with those sequences, repetitions, effects, synchronized by the tone of question "Who I Am".

To understand the leadership, the durable firmament of which are suspended like some lamps your strengths and weaknesses, it means to penetrate the mystery of a knowledge that builds the real, and to accept it undeniable, regardless of the cost. It means, sometimes to wander like a fugitive through the darkest paths of the unknown, in the search of that "magical jewel" by means of which to free your resources and to reinvent your mission of "to be".

Leadership: Can you achieve that “Hocus-Pocus” that shakes the essence of your personality without feeling trapped in the spell of a miracle that simply takes possession of you?

The famous actress, Oana Pellea, put the point on "I" in terms of her evolution, by saying: "I do not know greater voluptuousness than this process self-searching, in the attempt to know me, of self-overcoming."

And you, as a potential leader, as a man of success, you are in a permanent process of self-searching. Like a funny game, as if lacking rules, in which you have, or you do not have luck, and in which you have to surprise yourself. Being forced to play it to the end.

Your searches, this come-and-go that resurrects you, renews you, and raises you up where it is hard to reach, but which just as well tries to confuse you and even to exhaust you mentally, are underpinning your personal development and your leadership.

Just as the avid reader accepts the text as a game where he encounters himself, in which he identifies during the reading with certain characters, so the man who persists in the search of self-knowing, eventually reaches to accept more easily the character from his life’s fairy tale.

That essence in him, which changes less frequently than it is expected, finally solidifies and materializes into another way of being. As if watering his whole world with a mysterious fluid that penetrates his whole body, in a closed circuit, thereby restoring the harmony disturbed by the misperceptions of reality.

Magic is the product of a reality camouflaged by the seductive aesthetic of an impenetrable wonder.
