Only in a decisive moment, when a man needs to put to use all the resources of his being, can the extraordinary traits hidden within him can be seen. It is only when one thought, one idea, one reason obsesses the mind of a man lead by powerful feelings, experiences and emotions towards someone, something, it is only then that it bursts in him that extraordinary thirst to make miracles, that unsuspected courage to take over and show everyone what he is capable of. Most certainly, every man, even the simplest one, actually has a talent, which only if he gets the chance will he able to show it.

Jake Sully, the main character in the movie "Avatar (2009)", a paralyzed war veteran, is brought to the planet Pandora. He must fight in order to find his place on the luxuriant planet, to win the trust of the native Na'vi people and, then, by diplomacy, convince them to evacuate a certain area, which hid the richest deposit of unobtanium.

The burden of suffering can only be healed with the balm of happiness. Jake, as soon as he steps in the new world completely changed, driving a body called avatar, falls in love with Neytiri, a native, who comes to his aid, saves him from dangers, accompanies him and gives him guidance. At the same time, in the three months he spent with her clan, he goes through experiences he never had. He gets attached to the Na'vi people, to their habits, and starts to appreciate more and more this world.

The three months go by, and because Jake didn't succeed in convincing the Na'vi people to leave their territory, the humans commenced the enforcement procedures. In that decisive moment, he has a decision to make, for whom should he fight? And, because he gives great care to the natives' needs, he makes his choice: the Na'vi. Thus, he destroys, he removes or abandons all aspects of his former life. He only knows one feeling: the love for Neytiri, the nearness towards the Omaticaya clan. That is why he joins their fight to defend their sacred land.

Just like a man who puts his hand in a pitfall full of honey, Jake knows right from the start what to expect if he is to join the Na'vi. But, being aware that nothing can be left to chance, with the determination of the man whom nobody and nothing can abate from the purpose of his life, he takes the road with no return.

True leadership is the act of being true to your spiritual nature beyond a world centered on struggle.

Self-confident, proving to be firm, having a dynamic, active attitude, radiating youth and strength, he manages to attract all the admiration of the Na'vi people or, I would rather say, it's entire gratitude. And, raising desire in their hearts, making their hearts give birth to an unsuspected hope, they fight with courage and determination and, in the end, using the advantage given by the field and by applying an excellent tactical plan, they win. And Jake becomes the leader of the clan.

Every fantasy contains a drop of reality. In order to lead, you have to be some kind of Jake Sully. Nowadays, as well as in the future, those who will be elected to rule a country will be those who will fight in the name of the values of their communities and will never give up, those who will stand by their people for a better life, for a well defined noble purpose. An extraordinary man, a true leader always has the ability to serve others and help them with all his powers.

Are you ready to take the big step into a present that selectively "appropriates" the thoughts of a being that does not deny its origins or its becoming?

The one who doesn't have the ability to express his vision so that he can make the people to act in its spirit doesn't deserve to lead them. The one who doesn't declare himself ready to do anything and doesn't succeed in giving the people the energy to accomplish some impossible goals, the one who hesitates in making important decisions when it is imperviously necessary to do it and doesn't have the ability to make others believe in themselves and in success is not meant to experience success in leadership.

Only he who shows an authentic preoccupation towards people, making them enthusiastic about what they do, who is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and get dirty, always emphasizing on finding solutions and staying unyielding in his will, only he will be able to complete the mission he commits to.

The mentality of a leader is that of a winner, of someone who completely rejects the possibility of a defeat, not leaving for himself any way to retreat and dedicating himself full heartedly to the proposed goal. With an open mind, determined and brave, he takes over, making those around him act and go further, only further, towards a better future.

Leadership occurs when you change your mindset from a conflictual position to one that allows for the building of a functional and sustainable alliance.

It takes a lot skills to lead a group, a community of people. Everything about you must inspire trust in achieving your grand plan. And if you are not persistent, brave, tenacious, extremely interested by the accomplishments, dominant and trusting, it means that you don't have the ability to lead them.

In order to rule, you must be at the head.
