The Romanian comedy actor Puiu Călinescu was invited a long time ago to the television show “Profesioniştii”. The director of the show, Eugenia Vodă, asked him if he remembers a more special moment in his acting life that really marked him. Puiu Călinescu answered in a warm and pleasant tone:

- I remember a show I played at hospital no. 9. I entertained patients and doctors. And I will not forget, a simple woman came to me and said: “Mr. Puiu. Thank you for everything you have done for me. If you come to us twice a week, I’m not taking any medicine.”

The concept of relational intelligence has preoccupied me for a long time and for this reason I will dwell more on it in this article. Because, as someone rightly points out, we are born as a result of a relationship, we develop in a system of relationships and we are constantly in a relationship, so I think it is important to discover and cultivate the resources necessary for healthy relationships.

Developing your leadership should start with establishing relationships and working with people, but this can be more easily accomplished through a display, a revelation of those qualities and traits that make you unique – something that helps you impose yourself in their minds and souls. These qualities and traits that determine your attitude towards other people, as well as their attitude towards you, are the most relevant for your recognition, for your ascension, generating that tiny spark that brings you closer to excellence.

Are you in a position to stand up for the good of the people? Leadership is therefore conditioned by the selection of those qualities and traits that give you added value, expanding your own universe, making you better understand the reality of your own thoughts and feelings, your own values, your own orientations and trends in people.

And as I have said so many times, nobility can only be discovered through interaction, as a result of the way you are treated or the way you treat others. By spicing up people’s lives with as much warmth as possible, by striving to give them a new breath of life, a new inner radiance, you will be able to better develop that area with growth potential called: interaction.

Leadership has as its first characterization the boundless nobility that you can discover only through interaction, as a result of the way you are treated or the way you treat others.

Nobility, as someone wrote on “cristiantube.net”, you do not recognize until you notice the superiority, generosity, warmth and kindness that make the content of the answer received. And when, instead, that person does not ask you for anything, then you feel overwhelmed and indebted to be able to somehow pay for it, all that remains is to appreciate the quality and charm of its character.
