Laura Quinn. Over her destiny, whose evolutionary curve collapses in the darkest reality, fatality has decided unanimously: "coupable". At the first sign, the poor creature loses her sparkle and stays stunned in an attitude that betrays great pain. The limitless darkness, out of which acute sensations, illusions are detached like uncontrollable war games. What a terrible vision she experiences !
From the moment the small diamond touches the well-polished floor, all eyes point towards her, like she were a criminal whose only option is to hear his death sentence. Enveloped in by the traumatizing feeling that she will be isolated in an inert space, in an impassable territory, Laura transforms herself in a singular product, shaped according to some hidden coordinates, whose development, please excuse our uncertainty, is quite unknown, but we can assume that they define the leadership she will still practice.
A chain of causes and effects produce inside Laura a disturbance, which affects the senses, the molecules that contribute to the formation of her interior universe tie weaker and weaker bonds with her continuity elements. She’s alone with herself, with the things she’s afraid of, together with her soul, so old, so empty. Any positive thought runs into the impassable wall of covalence with that enzyme that doesn’t allow her to digest at ease physical and emotional experiences: the feeling of imposture.
It’s such a pity to meet someone in two states, dominated on one hand by lust, devotion, charm, beauty; and on the other hand by lost honors, stained reputation, lost rank, the knowledge of living in a destroyed society. All of these are together in the same simple existence formation, crowded in a sole nightmarish moment that drowns every reasonable impulse and ethical consideration.
Leadership: Can you direct your sight backwards, towards the lost meanings of the identity, which you grant a contrasting role to by the cost you have to pay for resetting your life?
If the conscience doesn’t precisely accommodate to a reality that closes on the premises of a lack of vision and limited understanding of expectations, then man won’t know the blame he has to assume, he won’t be able to defend himself against his own ambiguity, just as he can’t escape from the fatal course of things.
Once he went through a regression period, it’s harder for him to set free from the waves of his insufficiencies, which sometimes leads to self-destructive resistances and choices "by avoidance". He can get assigned to a role of contrast in a context of “melancholy mixed with a shadow of happiness”, or in a “guilt mixed with regret” when reason raises to the concepts of duty and law.
Someone with a high position, such as Laura Quinn, can demonstrate their affiliation to a unifying culture, of trust and performance, specific to leadership only through the diligent attempts of resetting the space that fills them with uselessness. Such a man emphasizes his visibility only by increasing self-esteem when his reason works in a world that is existentially integrating the nature of a new duty towards society, hiding his past and trying to impart to his own metamorphosis another beginning, another way.
Leadership: Are you able to imprint on your life the ideal ending of a being who had the courage to face the unpredictable by fitting it into the plan of a genuine spiritual search?
And if Laura's sight is directed not forward, but through a rearview mirror, backwards towards the lost meanings of the identity, which she grants a contrasting role to, then she will consume her emotions by using an inductive reasoning – which starts from a small error and takes an increasingly higher magnitude. This role of contrast, ranging from emotion to consciousness, from behavior to normality, strikes at the attempt of man to reach his authentic totality: “You are above the line of events if you live by devotion, honest work and will to help others.”
When you try to walk all high and mighty in front of existence, with a feeling of superiority based on the position you have and on the power it implies, you won’t be able to build an access perspective to a better life, according to an already drafted resistance plan.
Otherwise you will be dominated on one hand by lust, devotion and charm, on the other hand by lost honors, stained reputation, lost rank, the science of living in society being destroyed. All of these are together in the same simple existence formation, crowded in a sole nightmarish moment that drowns every reasonable impulse and ethical consideration.
Therefore, in everything you propose to accomplish, you must also fit into the plan of a genuine spiritual search, that is to educate your conscience, to take it into account and to obey it, but above all to overcome your Ego and cease being turned inwardly.
Leadership: Can you optimize your autonomy if you run in background "Trojan"-like applications?
Autonomy returns the condition of the individual who is happy it a certain independence in relation with an exterior authority or with the central authority – himself. And this autonomy can’t be optimized in favor of leadership if the individual runs in background "Trojan" applications. These applications have all the "Set" commands that expose a false superiority based on a sense of contradictions, a true race of destiny, where sincerity becomes ambiguous.
The famous writer, Franz Kafka, by means of his character from the novel "The Trial", truly understood a truth unspoken by many: "I bear within me an incredible world. But how to set myself free and how to set it free without tearing it apart?"
The writer gives the impression that very few people manage to fit in a pattern beyond the natural logic of the duality between human existence, as individuality, and human existence within the sphere of discretionary power – in light of an evolutionary stage in leadership. The image of life, as he perceived it, through a rearview mirror, is much more limited by the factors that regard approaching life, by not finding an inner balance.
The most lasting leadership is build with a healthy life perspective in mind, not based on the model of a mechanical process that produces value, that "harvests the crops", that promotes the potential to such extent, that you don’t need acceptance from your own conscience. If the object of interest’s perspective is biased, and it focuses on the positive aspects of existence, then neither will the background be correct.
The autonomy of a man is based on the background of his representations of life, of the world and of himself: you can be prepared to accept the spirituality of your imperfections, or you can recognize your “failure” at all levels.
The Sovereignty Of The Voice Within points out that part of the self responsible with existential evolution that transcends any limitation.
The idea is that you should establish a generally-existential perspective, over which you should place your interest elements, then your secondary elements, of leadership and performance, not the other way around. This way everything will be in agreement – mind and feeling under the arches of the call for the better. The call towards your true being, towards returning to authenticity, beyond fears, beyond seclusion, beyond limitations and conditions.
