Laura Quinn. For the blood of the poor human being to quiver again and spontaneously adapt to life, under the effect of a reaction capable to substitute the overwhelming failure, it’s at least necessary that a coagulation of her positive forces exist. But where can you find a propitious space for such transformation?

Because even her mood has to fit in an ideal interval in order to obtain optimum transformation conditions. Unfortunately, her essence gets closer and closer to the critical point, which doesn’t guarantee total renewal, not even partially.

Don’t let the monster that burns even the strongest feelings get close to you ! But the monster prepares for the final strike. The pulsations that generate blood, making the heart beat, lose their intensity and almost stop completely.

In that prophetic moment, when she’s caught in the act and arrested by the law enforcement officers, Laura is stupefied, the concentration of the reactant that produces positive stimuli necessary in hostile moments is reduced to zero. She doesn’t enter her normal vibration anymore, but remains petrified, as if touched by an icy breath.

A nightmare is like a mosquito that escapes when you want to catch him immediately after it bit you. Laura awakens, a kind of spiritual freedom occurs on command. All the necessary and sufficient frequencies for activating positive and healing energies merge again within her. Now she sees herself alone more than ever, like a rusty bell thrown in the sea by an unseen hand.

The almighty demon of panic and crying, busy with arresting insolvent debtors, can not give Laura more than one instruction: surrender. *

Leadership: Can the image of your personality be included in the conditions of using a reality related to the power supply of your existence with a “negative of memory”?

Do you feel enveloped in the traumatizing feeling of being isolated in an impassable territory? Do you transform yourself in a singular product. customized according to some hidden coordinates? Does your mood correspond to the requirements that ensure optimum transformation conditions? Does your essence get closer and closer to the point when it causes inner effervescence?

One of the traps that can obstruct you as a potential leader, is the impossibility to focus on what you don’t know about yourself. You must put your own image in agreement with accepting reality when you overcome the worst moments, when you are forced to experience suffering as a variant of testing the unexpected. That way, while you close yourself at the order of the momentarily "guilty" verdict, leadership tends to depreciate in its generous representation on life’s stage.

Through leadership we can capture man’s individual emotions contained in the infinite gallery of reality aspects and the relations they support by his connection to present, past and future, according the attitude change reported to his personal existence. A negative of memory is a black spot in man’s ability to create his destiny by the significance he attributes to life, especially when he feels he has lost control of what is happening to him.

In vain you look in the mirror and say “I’ll be able to throw myself towards the future” if you do not remember the lessons of the past that helped you to be reconciled with yourself.

Seen from this exterior and interior, dependent on the three times, in different environments he passes through, in the different life situations he goes through, man can forge a new inner look. He can get a different personality configuration that has in its composition a less dynamic propeller, able to produce the great abundance of creative energy.

The man subject to change can be enveloped by so many spontaneous contradictions, especially by the traumatic feeling that he will remain isolated in an inert space of the impossibility to rise above himself in desperate and confusing times. He is subjected to the attempt to conform to the norms of external reality, so that he reaches a point where he transforms in a singular product, customized after some uncertain coordinates, but yet defining for the leadership he will keep practicing.

The only moment in your life when you realize who you really are is when your personal image becomes synonymous with assuming an imminent disappointment or assuming a fresh victory.

Leadership: Do you have the capacity to maintain the sovereignty of your own inner space in an attempt to rise above the suffering caused by the state of things that does not change by itself?

If you’ve read "New York’s Trilogy", you probably remember that Paul Auster character, who overwhelmed by exterior happening, deepening himself in them until exiting the self, he managed to exercise a minimum control over his despair outbursts. Walks helped him to understand the existent connection between the interior and exterior world. Using aimless movement as an inversion technique, he could have brought the exterior world inside of him, usurping the sovereignty of the voice within.

Leadership, much like the expectation you have from yourself, has to rise from the area populated with positive emotions you always refer to in the situation create by the new circumstances you are in, when you’re alone with yourself, with the things you’re afraid of, with the things you can not separate from, or the things you need to pull harder.

Don’t let the monster get close to you, don’t let him order you around ! Exert your control over his despair outbreaks. Follow the realistic side of your life on the battlefield between interior and exterior, when that long chain of causes and effects, which produce within you a harmful perturbation of the senses, is unleashed. Don’t forget that the key moment show you who you truly are.

If you want to win the struggle with what you cannot accept in yourself in relation to the things you acquire through experience, you must remain faithful to your vision and not get distracted by what is behind you.

When you are en route from the interior – towards the exterior, when you have to relate to the present realities, life can erupt in the most sensible areas, tumultuously engulfing them with the unbeatable force of the authentic underground wire whose range of action leads (when you can’t freely activate positive emotions) to psychological, emotional and psychical erosion.

All the necessary and sufficient frequencies for activating positive and healing energies unite inside of you through the full identification of your continuity elements: balance, clarity, judgment, the power of vision, profound peace, optimism and the power to rise above pain.

If you want to consolidate the powerful ties with your continuity elements, escape the black hole of your interior universe. Don’t kill, with your illusion, the reasonable impulses and ethical considerations.

The humiliation of being defeated is the state of mind caused by the events of your life, set up by the idea that no matter how hard you try to make a change, you will still be tempted to indulge in indifference and inconsistency.
