Do you remember the movie "Zorro (1975)"? At one point, Captain Huerta kidnaps Zorro’s girlfriend, by setting him a trap.
However, nothing affirms a man's character better than the essential proof of bravery. Zorro, the most astute among all, feels what has been prepared for him. His fantasy sleeps, like a colorless gas, beyond Colonel Huerta's imagination, thus guessing, thanks to his "superior" sense, not only the exact plan of the trap that was set to him, but also the way if escape, the evading and the most advantageous way to salvation.
The genius knows no obstacle. Zorro finds his salvation in the lack of attention with which Huerta has calculated his plan.
"Who does this dangerous phantasm think he is, he thinks he is able to suddenly defy, with a bounce, any trap and to seize the most hidden secrets? How was this frivolous vagrant able to escape the trap set for him with such meticulousness, skillfulness and mastery? What was the spell or the trick which saved him once again from a great trial?" Colonel Huerta wonders with fear in his soul.
However, vain questions ! Zorro and his lover escaped unharmed. Once again, the Colonel proved to be below the people's "savior".
Are the actions you fulfill a result of your choosing to stay too long in one place throughout some lessons to assess your possibilities of being someone else?
The right resistance of a single man can overcome any barriers, especially if we are talking about Zorro. The world attributed to him the most extraordinary and impossible things, and he deserves in justice all the praise and appreciation. The glory of a genius cannot faint like a candle. A genius cannot collapse so vertiginously in the abyss of oblivion and evanescence; a genius cannot retire in anonymity after tasting the most sensational triumph.
But, he carries through, inspired by a noble ideal, putting into action the entire instinct of his genius, fighting to transfigure vision into reality. Leaving aside the vulnerable points that put to the test his patience, and his omniscience.
Zorro possessed the so-called inner sense, with which he was able to see with absolute transparency, with a peerless accurateness, the whole scenario his enemy had prepared for him. He has a truly sharp mind, which guarded him from danger, helping him to elucidate the hidden realities, picture the strategy and calculate very well all his possibilities to succeed. And his sharp mind was also the one, which allowed him to adhere to an acceptable level of risk, above everyone, establishing a deep connection, based on trust, with "the heart" of the people.

When you are passing through a key-moment in life, when you are cornered from all directions with threats and vulnerabilities, when trouble seems to stick to you, there are only two things, which can come in between: a sharp mind and an arduous imagination.
Staying too long in one place throughout some lessons to assess your possibilities of being someone else means to risk yourself to imposed a much to great a difference between you and others. It means to prove certain things in order to be in the spotlight, without keeping track of what you have to impose upon yourself: a limit in everything. Or, to be more precise, you must know your limits, how much you can bare and up to what point you are pushed by the struggle of surpassing yourself or the struggle of serving a higher ideal.
Do you stay firmly in position by adopting an attitude of winning without becoming a sure victim of the effects of connecting to a value of the type "Empty Artist"?
Are you able to focus on solutions in critical situations? Do you see clearly how things actually are? Do you have a vision of how you might influence them? Do you have the courage to step on a new ground and to get out of the pattern with which you was used? Are you satisfied with your current level of performance? Do you refuse to risk and increase your chances of success? How do perceive you the other people? Can you count on them in the most difficult moments? But, can they count on you?
"Empty Artist" is the exemplary case of a man suffering from excessive focusing on his performance because he found the deepest level of suffering: he came forth with a product that belongs to him 100%, which defines him as an autonomous authority, but he is judged harshly for the quality of the product in conformity, with the basis of a badly configured direction of thinking – partiality in taking decisions, the abuse of power or of trust, favoritism, excessive ambition, rigidity, aggressive competence, etc.
Leadership always incites to reflection and exploration. It is a kind of stimulus that significantly improves your options to filter any attempt to exert your will upon other individuals up to that point where they have to accept you as a superior man.
An ideal of judgment and justice behind the rules of law, which must be applied during this recognition of superiority, it is absolutely mandatory, because it shows your vitality, your entire creative energy that you put it in pushing the huge mechanism of exercising your power on new roads.
However, leadership may also behave like a kind of brake put in the gallop of changes through which you pass, from the lower level to the higher one. This sense of greatness to which you aspire, and which you get to feel after you broke all the barriers imposed by others, it easily becomes an ideal, consolingly thrown into the wind, if you abandon your commitment towards the values and principles in which you believe with conviction (which played a significant role in the successful story of Zorro).
If you do not know how to temper your tendency to jump to a higher level than rushing to reach greatness, you will have a big shock when you will push the "brake pedal". You risk a disconnection from the source of your entire potential of a leader, the loss of that defining energy that is triggered in the direction of the goal and unexpected result.
A great leader responds very well to his actions when leading, but also when he suddenly puts on the brake.
Leadership is the attitude imprinted upon you by the image of an immediate reality that does not oppose the real one.
The power of the magician’s spell is the power to deceive the known and unknown enemies, and it is conferred by experience, intuition and the ability of knowing people.
Experience teaches you what actions to adopt in situations of turning points, and how to defend yourself from the known and unknown enemies, which will always stand in your way. Experience and the attentive knowing of people are the ones developing the intuition you needed in order to counteract the actions of your ban intention enemies. Well-knowing the human nature and the way of action of the people around you will help you to take the right decisions, offering surprise elements through which you can annihilate or counteract any subversive actions, to finally achieve your purpose.
