Jacques Merey, France could honor you, now will despise you, could bless you, but will curse you !

Your enemy number one, which can hinder your leadership to develop is the "conviction" deeply rooted in your mind and soul that you cannot impose yourself in a delicate situation and you will not be able to impose your personality before those that have chosen you and supports you in your attempt to guide them towards an ambitious future.
This enemy you can avoid or you can face it with a lot of courage and determination. If your belief does not coincide 100% with that of most people, then your leadership will be unable to move towards a healthy and sustainable development. Your success in leadership is primarily an internal journey that tests your feelings and faith, which shakes all your certainties and challenges you to overcome your limitations imposed by your will, by your abilities to take decisions and solve problems; it is a journey that will guide you to greatness, and that will light your way to a better knowledge of self.
The global profile of a distinct personality is a combination of greatness and longing, on the background of authenticity in reacting as a causal factor to major events, not as an “automatic” to the demands of others.
Your leader's true potential emerges when you express your intention to carry through the mission entrusted to you. Jacques Merey ultimately accepted people’s appeal and proven, despite his own suspicions that he is ready for this. His role was a crucial one. He managed to demonstrate that he has the ability to achieve great goals, that he is brave and very clever in following hard and complex paths to new performances.
