The amount of negative energy radiated by inspector Finch creates an adverse chemical reaction. The state of excitement of the prime suspect, Laura Quinn, boils to a maximum; she needs an inhibitor to stop the reaction. Her strength of character decomposes into harmless elements, all other traits involved into the restructuring process suddenly separate in freestanding units, with independent, slow and insecure functioning. Only she knows what’s going on deep inside her.
When forming covalences, it is possible that the participating pair of electrons come from a single atom. A strange uneasiness seizes even the most fearsome hunter. Finch is not content when Laura nonchalantly responds in kind, but more confusing. For he, the man molded in ivory, despises this sweet and gentle equation between calm, intelligence and subtlety. The ecstasy of success no longer vibrates in him. He can no longer monitor his pulse. The nerves fluster. The concentration of oxygen in the blood increases, everything inside him is hot.
The turmoil conditioned by the balance of events, this meteorite that passes over Terra incognita of Finch’s senses intensifies only in lashing moments lived by Laura Quinn – increasingly electrified, more limited, spontaneously lacking vital force when his field of negative energy invades her body, becoming almighty.
Only in this moment of high intensity, energy and vibration, the density of his own pride maximizes his strengths. The whole concentration of reacting substances stirs, and then doubles. Everything inside him gains momentum, as if traversed by an electric current of high intensity.

Laura’s foundation is inaccurate. Investigating the substrates of her being is almost impossible. Laura does not have to be gentle with what is happening to her, but she must face a situation that is hard to bear with confidence and skill. She must find a way to balance herself energetically, to clear her conscience from the sins committed voluntarily, so she can face the challenge: “I will never present amiable findings and evidence, even if I am guilty.”
Can the evolution of your leadership be reduced to a cumulative alternation of causes and effects regarding the differences between “self-acceptance” and “requirements imposed by the nature of events”, so that you can place value on your change of character?
Do you point everything towards a dark background? Does your nature raise many doubts, arouse anxiety, reactions of concern? Do you despise that sweet and gentle equation between calm, intelligence and subtlety? Do you try to remove all inspiring particles of other people’s immune system? Does your manner arouse in others a true revolt, a grim turmoil?
The man’s functioning system is questioned when he is confronted with the vicissitudes of a temporary adverse circumstance. The result of interference of the two waves, "to be" and "not to be", that exclude each other, fits his inner vibration, which in turn, acting with intensity, opens his mind and soul or activates that abnormal state of mental and emotional wear.
A constant bombardment of stimuli likely to launch the "irremediable", wrapping man in a spiral of uncertainty and instability, throwing him on some dizzying, tiring and hard to bear serpentines, pointing everything inside him towards a dark background. This will result in defeating his resistance, surrendering to a stronger opponent and exhibiting all aspects of his personality.
Leadership: Do you prove yourself worthy of the significance of the events experienced by resorting to an “I cannot deviate from change” approach, in order to know the truth about your own nature?
Human foundation is inaccurate. It is almost impossible to investigate its substrates. Because its thinking pattern that creates a magnified reflection as emotion is not predominant nor riveted. The foundation can always be updated, altered, narrowed, extended, destabilized, can always be shorted by a stronger will, a more abstract and tenacious thinking.
Being under the influence of such a hostile entity that compels you to give up, do you have the power to fight anymore? Full of doubt, troubled by many wanderings, do you choose to believe that things can and will be changed for the better? Is your character as strong as Laura Quinn’s?
Do you let yourself be electrified by the higher will of others or fight back with greater intensity? What are the causes and circumstances that may constitute mitigating circumstances? Can they lead to your moral insolvency? Do you give others reason to use uncompromising judgments?
The true nature of man is to value what he cannot change in himself, by the fact that everything that makes him special is limited to acceptance, forgiveness, liberation from the past.
The craftsman leader produces custom creation just to sell, regardless of form qualities. His work is not designed and made so as to face crisis, austerity and routine, but to last. Therefore, he resorts to tools for light finishing and to perishable and easy to process materials, to a radical courage and a type of highly speculative persuasion, obtained by minor modifications of the situation to satisfy his dependency to hold control. At least for a while.
The artist leader always creates to give us to contemplate the original form of his work. And the amateur leader wants to learn everything, but he is always weak, unable to rise above himself.
Only the genuine leader actively participates in the competition with himself. He explores the most sensitive areas of his life, especially in dry seasons – the only way to facilitate a strong connection with himself.
Leadership is unbalanced when the fulfilling essence of man is subjected to a lot of tests: the wandering. When constants of beauty and goodness are lost in the mist of inability to change their lives for the better, when man cannot firmly recognize the truth of duality, that endless doubt, that disturbance of inner peace occurs, completely detaching him from himself, from reality and credibility.
And genuine leaders are people able to manage the effects of their own wandering, stoically bearing the effects of their own structural crisis. Only in times of high stress, energy and vibration, they maximize their strengths.
Learn how to react properly and discerningly in the face of a personality crisis, when you have the choice between remaining a prisoner of events in which you are involved with or without your will, and discovering another human being in the midst of these events. Leadership means to opt for the latter.
